Hey everyone, So Chris and I have a new band called The New Romans. We did a last minute debut show at Spaceland 10/14/09. We are really excited about it! Basically, we've been in the studio the past 2 months recording and figured, hell, let's do a show. So we did. There were only about 50 friends and internet savvy, observational people there, but we had a great time and there will be more to come. Figuring there are about 6,000,000,000 people on this planet, only 5,999,999,950 have seen us. So that means, there are a lot of people out there who we have to let know about this. The band is, like I said, me and Chris of We Are The Fury, Craig Bonich of Head Automatica, Rick Penzone of Men Women and Children, and Jon Safley formerly of Lemon Sun. From time to time you may see our sax man Sergio ripping the horn, and some other additional New Roman men and women helping us out. You might be wondering what the deal is with We Are The Fury and Infinity Sol. Basically after Stephan and Alan left WATF, I went into writing hibernation and wrote about 15 new tunes. I decided to make a somewhat musical. Once I released some of the tunes under the guise Infinity Sol, some friends of mine from other bands we had toured with in the past expressed interest in working on the arrangement and playing. I was down. I missed playing live. The New Romans songs stem from what was going to be the next WATF record and some are going to be used for the Infinity Sol and The New Romans musical I want to do down the road. "But what about now?" you ask. The New Romans are us. This is the most fun I've had playing with people in awhile and I am going to just run with that. Expect a lot of shows starting this Winter and into next year. We will be putting out a 7 in in the next 2 months with the tunes "Seven" and "Get Down" on it. Also, check out myspace.com/thenewromansmusic for info, video, merch, etc. See you soon!!!! Jeremy Lublin

Hey everyone, We deleted a few songs off of our myspace player that were supposed to be on the Wailing Wall album. There is a reason we did this. We'll let you know more in the future. Until then, check out Infinity Sol and The New Roman Candles. It is the story of a character from a distant time who gets thrown into different time periods and ends up becoming a big rock star in the 1970's. More info on that and more demo versions of the songs will be put up frequently over the next few weeks until band versions are put up.
We love you.

Just wanted to let everyone know that Jeremy has posted some acoustic demos and photos from Infinity Sol and The New Roman Candles. They are just the roughs (non-band version) but since people have been asking about it, he wanted to post a few. Check Infinity Sol out by going to myspace.com/infinitysol or check out our top friends for the myspace link.

I hate when bands break up. It's not a girlfriend, just people who play music together... hopefully well. So just to clarify, we aren't breaking up, we are just taking some time to do some various projects that we've had brewing in our brains for the past few months. It seems like a good time to do them. Also, you'll probably see a Fury show on the horizon. Reuniting? No, because we never broke up. See what I mean. We will continue We Are The Fury and our new projects. I guess what you should expect though are less Fury shows and recordings, but some brand new shit to rock your balls or shake your your vaginas to. Have fun and trust me, we miss seeing you.

Hey everyone... So we just wanted to write and know what we've been up to. It's been too long and for that we apologize. Anyway, as you may have gathered from the lack of shows and new songs we have decided to take a break from We Are The Fury. We've been doing this a long time and we thought since we all have other musical and non-musical aspirations in life, this would be a good time to do some of those things. On to the future, right?
So the good news to all those Fury fans out there is that we have new music on the horizon. It's going to be great and we are excited about it. You'll have to just keep checking in for information and such, but if you liked Venus, you'll love what we're about to do next. The band is called Infinity Sol and The New Roman Candles. That's all I'm saying for now.

Yo, So we have a show at the Roxy Feb 25th. This will be our first all ages show in LA since November. Yes it does cost a few bucks to go, but it's going to kick ass. How do we know that? Because we wouldn't be doing it if it wasn't going to. So here's the deal, come to the show, and have a good time. It's a simple plan and you'll love it. Oh, IO Echo, Kingsize and Remus Lupins are playing as well. See you there! watf
