hi guys, so somehow i ended up with a bunch of promotional tour posters for our westcoast tour with fun, limbeck and my fave highway so i got to thinking. what if i mailed these out to one kid in each city we're going to... and they in turn, put them up at all the cool hangouts... then, i can only imagine... people would see them... and they would flock to our show by the millions and we'd never have to worry about another thing in our lives. so basically, if you live in:

i start to notice a trend in the photos on my phone... poop, dogs, food. so goes my life. its the life i live. doggies, poopies, and pictures of the food i cook. haha am i a total weirdo? there were actually some worse poop pictures but chelsea said it was hurl-worthy, so they've been omitted. long story short i got really sick in seattle and hit the weird poop/barf/booger jackpot. i was rolling in the gross photos. times were good, my friend, times were good.

a delicious little kid lunch me and chelsea made. vegan grilled cheese, tomato soup, homemade vegan choc chip cookies and peach italian soda. mmm. so thats what ive been up to for the past while. i just finished producing a record for never shout never and thats gonna rule, producing is super fun. now i'll produce a hellogoodbye cd! im my own boss! i work from home! hope everyone is feelin' real nice and soaking up LIFE. life, man... life. wow. xo, forrest

OLIVE GARDEN, NEW ORLEANS:
we're on tour (did you know that???) and we had a mega drive from austin, tx to jacksonville, fl today. we stopped for the night in new orleans, which is super rad. on the way though we stopped in at the lovely lafayette olive garden and met the fabulous aeriea (pardon my spelling) and valentine and also a woman who was having her 82nd birthday there. we sang her happy birthday and she came over and all but raped ryan. it was so cute. plus aaron, joe and i just got back from sneaking in and exploring a new orleansian above ground cemetery on all hallows eve. it was so cool. this tour is so cool. joe aaron travis ryan (and duncan, cheese and dan) are so cool. its really a great vibe so far out on this tour, its the first time all of us have gone out together (the band had been going through little changes here and there until this tour). theres a really awesome camaraderie thats not been this strong in a while. its a good feeling. me and joe rode with ace the other day when our shuttle busted and it was great to hang like that with them, we got the opportunity to play a few songs with steel train when our tours joined up the other night and all of us listened to henry rollins talk about tours on "get in the van" that make us feel like little girls.


JACKSONVILLE ON A THURSDAY???
we're gonna be in jacksonville tomorrow evening for the night before the show (getchya tixxxx brahhh!!!) so if any of you know of something rad and maybe halloween related, lemme know! cool pre halloween frat party??? awesome cheesy haunted house thing? halloween themed orgy??? COOL.
