Young (preferably 18-25), career-minded, NJ based guitarist needed for rock/pop band!

To be considered, you must be able to devote the time and energy, and willing to make the sacrifices required to help this band become a full-time, successful, touring rock/pop band. Great appearance, stage presence, and reliable equipment and transportation required! Backing vocals and good musician skills desired. Right now we have a clear vision of what our "sound" is and we're seeking someone to compliment that, but not change it....if we really click musically, the opportunity to participate in songwriting may arise in the future.

MUST BE AVAILABLE (this means no strings...) for rehearsals several times per week, gigs, and touring (when applicable). A good attitude, personality, and sense of humor will definitely help.
