Through a bizarre series of events in NYC, we uncovered a hidden stash of the entire Cracknation catalog from Conscience Records, circa 1997. We are ecstatic to announce that the entire Acumen Nation catalog is now available for purchase at the Cracknation Store. goddamn we want your cash!! Anyway, pristine shrink-wrapped copies await, all new orders will ship in time for Xmas as long as orders are in by tuesday, December 16. Specials are available for buying more than one classic CD, specials come with free big-ass poster from back in the day, because we know most of you still need something for your dorm room wall. So go on, complete the circle, or offer your loved ones the timeless gift of songs like Fuckyerbrainsout, Fuckin White Man and Fuckface. These albums have not been available new for sale anywhere in many many years, and now the first 5 albums ever released by Acumen (Nation) are back. One more ting... Fawn shirts are marked down to cost, so come on and buy your girlfriend a nice pajama tee! Merry Christmas, The Cracknation Crew

I invite all who wish to engage, albeit cnatties or cyanoties, most of all our friends and families on the road to participate and punch in some text.
WELL. interesting times to say the least. The tour is broken into 3 little legs, the first of which has just ended. the hands down winner? ROCHESTER! on a rainy sunday night the magic man Dan Dangler pulled out all the stops, and we all had the best show of the tour. Great crowd, good people and fond memories. Full Acucrack set, truly engaged as the crossover between the classic industrial netherworlds and the drum n' boggle stratosphere. Since it is most recent, it was fun to be back in Albany and hang out with Dan Neet. Small crowd, good people, monday night? Either way, the Red Square in Albany is the coolest joint, nicest people (thank you Tiffany and Francis) and deserve some attention from anyone looking for a quality night (with quality beers!) in upstate NY.
Big thanks to the Berner and the Beef in Cleveland, as well as the Peabodys pal Chris Z and Krys-toff. nice show, as was Detroit, good friends, but light on the familiar faces (that means you exelement!). some of the largest hospitality ever. Pittsburgh was bitter sweet, as our bestest pal Jim Semonik and the rest of the Ceremony crew are going to let it go after 12 years... Proud to be one of the last shows and see some old friends.
The vehicle is holding up well... the sets are SOLID and pretty fun. everyone working well together. looking forward to hitting Boston with Acumen after over a decade... hope we see some more friends, i can definitely say we missed a lot of folks in detroit, cleveland and pittsburgh we thought we would see.... hey, you can't drop everything, but we are leading with the more human hearts here... not like we're getting rich in any way! when was the last time YOU slept in a room with 4 other men all snoring louder than bombs? ARE THE SMITHS GETTING BACK TOGETHER OR WHAT?
more soon... more love.

CRACKNATION FALL UPDATE: Fawn :: Slumber Party Massacre :: 11.25.08 The 12-track follow up to the Frozen album will be available November 25 in the Cracknation store, Itunes, Metropolis, Storming the Base and a few indie shops. We are very excited about this very limited release, as it is the culmination of 6 years of various Fawn tracks, including new versions of the very rare "Matchbite" and "Saving You" and many brand new songs. More intricate and electronic than the bludgeoning soft-core of Frozen, Slumber Party Massacre will do its best to break your heart. The album will be available early to all who attend the upcoming Cracknation tour... Psychotranshumanoid Tour II One week from today we begin the descent into the second leg of our latest and greatest live offering, featuring DJ? Acucrack, Acumen Nation and Cyanotic. After incubating for approximately one year, the PTH tour makes 15 stops in 17 days offering brutal industrial, metal, drum n' bass and noise, classic tunes, new tracks and video displays, and a whole lot of crackwhore fun. Cyanotic features a live drummer and will have their brand new Prehab EP on sale, Acumen Nation promises a career spanning monolith of a set with original member Ethan Novak in tow, and Acucrack will close the night with a retro floor-stomping set heavy on the Artifacts and OG industrial classics. Check the final listing below for updates: Nov 6 Detroit - Irock Motor city metal, this ones for all the memories. Despite the websites listing, full tour kicks off here with a couple of local acts as well. Nov 7 Cleveland - Hifi guest services by the Acid Rain crew... dj's, grinders, and mad fetishists bringing the dark circus atmospheres and hella good times Nov 8 Pittsburgh - Pegasus guest services by the Acid Rain crew... and a big love fest for the return of our friend Jim Semonik of Reinforced Nov 9 Rochester - Water St Club joined by Kryszt... we will be on the lookout for our missing Head, last seen in the area 2 years ago the night of the Frontline show at Water St. Reward offered... can't wait to see the Dangler and Roland Nov 10 Albany - Red Square a monday night you say? well check it out... next day is veterans day, and this is an all-ages QE2 Resurrection party for those of you old enough to remember the good old days of the QE2 in Albany, our sister-club in the heyday... guns, fire, ahow... Nov 12 Boston - Great Scott Acumen has not set foot in Boston for 10 years, Acucrack in 4, and we are looking forward to it big time. DJ Mothra presents, doing it right. Nov 13 Washington DC - Exposure Deep6 and Mindcage bringing the weekly thursday rivet life to Club Liv in the DC area, we are all excited to reconnoiter with all old friends. Nov 14 New York - STIMULATE Massive party at Blvd, 199 Bowery. Visuals, dj's several rooms, the works in the big apple for a friday night, come one and all, it has been a while. Buy tickets and info: http://www.Stimulate-Me.comNov 15 Allentown - Sterling Hotel odd spellings on the Sterling myspace made us cringe, but this should be quite a saturday night blast with extra dj's and a CD release night forEnd of an Era. Nov 16 Nashville - +Salvation+ Salvation is NOW AT THE RUTLEDGE! Better sound, better times, we are looking forward to this, our first show ever in Nashville... albeit after a 13 hour drive. Nov 17 Louisville - Uncle Pleasants finally nailed down, things are going to get downright ugly on a monday night in Louisville, as we merge with the Imperial Invasion tour featuring NACHTMAHR and ALTER DER RUINE. Doors at 6pm! Nov 19 St. Louis - Cruisin Route 66 Karaoke be damned, the PTH takes over CR66's regular scheduled programming. Nov 20 Kansas City - Daveys Uptown Black Brothyl presents... if you caught the tour last year at this joint, then you know how much fun everybody had... let's make it happen again. Nov 21 Minneapolis - Ground Zero the Next Element crew were kind enough to bring us back and everyone is psyched to hit that giant stage again, penis pillows welcome. Nov 22 Chicago - Reggies The addition of BELLA MORTE to the bill will make for a late night. show starts promptly at 10PM and sick fun to be had by all as we close the book on the PTH tour. PTH Tour Merchandise: Just to whet the appetites, we will have the new Fawn album on sale during the tour, as well as the first ever Fawn T-shirt... yes, as you can see it is white. we dare you. Also on sale is a limited edition PTH Tour Shirt, collecting the dates from both tours on the back, so for all our friends in the west, cross your fingers we come back with enough to put up on the website upon our return! Finally, Cyanotic will have their brand new Prehab EP to pound into your head, and of course, at a great price, the last 4 Cracknation releases and wearables. Think about the Future: After the holidays settle and Fawn has bled you dry, we will begin work on the eclectic offerings for 2009, starting with the soundtrack to Unreal Saga, the new classic arena-style brawler from Vogster Entertainment. The release has been pushed back to spring, so look for a blistering audio companion for the game when the time comes. Soon after, there are rumors of an Ahnusse EP Kunst in the works, and a brand new project from Dan, Jason and Brian Elza of Bridgelayer to soothe the stinking souls of the damned who need more mathematical instrumental underwater metal. The name of this project is NOT SCYLLA... we repeat, that was a mistake and we shall have the name sorted soonly. Look for this un-named band to play live in Chicago starting early next year, with an EP to soon follow. Hope to see everyone out at the shows! Can't see us out in the flesh anytime soon after, so keep your eyes peeled for the white short bus as we lower the steel on your outstretched ASSES.
