Today, the new and improved timfite.com springs to life.

The purpose is to give you folks a place to gain easy access to my ongoing creative endeavors.

From this point forward, the site will consist of an ever expanding list of content, ranging from music to fine art, from video to story-books, all available with the click of a mouse.  Upwards of five albums will be free for the clicking, and a huge selection of drawings and paintings will be instantly downloadable!

You will be hard pressed to find another website so heavily laden with the diamonds of the mind.  Everyone is encouraged to stop by timfite.com and slip a few uncut gems into their pockets.

Enjoy.

Three things you should do on OCT. 31, 2009:

1.  Download "Watch Your Mouth" for free at timfite.com!

2.  Come to Union Hall, Brooklyn for an unforgettable night of blood and gore!

3.  Prepare yourself for the activation of a new and improved timfite.com on Nov. 11th!

Hello everybody,

It's that time of year again!!! When the diabetics rise up from their Craft-Matic beds and crawl through the neighborhood begging for treats. That's right kiddos... it's October, and Halloween is on it's way. This means three things for you to note on your calendar.

1. I will be releasing the final album of my free Halloween trilogy on the 31st.

2. I will be celebrating the BLOOD HARVEST with all who care to join me at the Union Hall (702 Union St. - Brooklyn, NY) on the 31st.  Tickets are available here.

3. I will be digging a very small grave on the 31st.

Of these three things, the most pressing for you is the show at the Union Hall which is shaping up to be a magical night. I will be playing all of the goriest hits from my Halloween albums accompanied by the (blood soaked) Woes. Via Audio will dress up and play their lovely songs under the shadow of cornstalks. BUT, Halloween at the Union Hall is about more than just music. There will be pumpkins to carve, pinatas to smash, apples to bob for (possibly in beer), a costume exchange booth for switching costumes with a friend, hayrides (questionable), and a myriad of other spooky treats. DON'T MISS THIS ONE!

For those of you who live far away, get on your broomsticks, and come anyway!!!

I like it raw,
Tim Fite

Hello folks,

1. I like you!

2. I have paintings in a group art exhibition this week. The show is called Social (Virus) and it was curated entirely by high school students. The opening is on Thursday, May 14 from 6pm-8pm at Nurture Art 910 Grand Street in East Williamsburg Brooklyn. Come check out the art, eat some cheese, and celebrate the accomplishments of these fine young curators.

Hello everybody people,

I am going to be on the radio today!  In NY, tune into "Soundcheck" on WNYC 93.9 FM at 2:25 PM EST or elsewhere go find that shit on the internet here http://www.wnyc.org.  I am excited, because it is a NY NPR show that I actually listen to on a semi-daily basis.

In other news, I am going to be taking a trip to Los Angeles to play at the Natural History Museum on Friday, April 3rd at 7 PM.  Busdriver will play too after me, and he is a number one MC.  It will be big fun.  You should come if you live close enough.  All of the information is here: http://www.nhm.org/firstfridays/?date=20090403

And for all you deserving folks who don't live close enough, Baeble just posted a full show for you for free right here recorded in Brooklyn:

Friends,

Sadly, I am sick and will not be performing in Boston at TT the Bear's tonight.

My biggest apology for this.  I really hope that if you already have tickets or were planning to attend you'll still go check it out.  Benjy Ferree and DeLeon make outstanding music and I'm sure you'll enjoy them as much as I do.  Their music can be heard here:

http://www.myspace.com/benjyferree
http://www.myspace.com/ilovedeleon

I promise to return to Boston soon, or if you live in Boston and want to come to the Brooklyn show tomorrow night at The Bell House (2/20), I'd be happy to give you a free ticket to the show.  I'll use the honor system - just email my manager jacob@jdubrecords.org with the subject line "Brooklyn Ticket" and your name and email in the message and we'll take care of it.  I'm resting all day to make sure tomorrow is bright bright bright.

Back to sleep.
Tim

Hello all,

On February 14, 2009, I will be releasing a very special album for free on my website http://www.timfite.com.  It is called Change of Heart, and I hope that you will take a few minutes to download it.

It is a bit different from my other recordings, because it doesn't have anything to do with the outside world. I made Change of Heart while working on Fair Ain't Fair and sorting through the wide array of emotions that result from a broken heart. For this reason, I ask that you handle these songs with care, as they are very fragile.

I will also be packing my bags and going going going on a heart-stopping, non-stopping 10 city headline tour starting next week with special guest friends Benjy Ferree and DeLeon. Dates are below and more informations and ticket links are in the shows section.

Time again,
Tim
