Current mood: ecstatic
We’re thrilled to announce that the
screenplay for “The Bloodfest Club” is among the top 10 percent of more
than 6,200 entries in the 2009 Nicholl Fellowships in Screenwriting
Competition. Nicholl, sponsored by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts
& Sciences, is the world’s most esteemed screenwriting competition
and each year scripts are evaluated by paid professional readers who
narrow down thousands of entries to five Nicholl Fellows later this
year.
We hope this unexpected critical validation will allow us to get
our screenplay into the hands of a production company or additional
investors in the very near future.
