Dive Bomber would like to invite everyone to our next show at Rusty's Surf Ranch on the Santa Monica Pier. This is going to be a CRAZY show as we are bringing a Limo Bus up from San Diego. I will put some links up to the actual bus as soon as we book it next week. Tickets are $7 and $12 if you are not 21. This is an all ages show. Limo Bus tickets are $40 and if you want in on the party, you should email raycomstock@gmail.com (Catfish) and reserve your ticket ASAP as we expect this bus will sell out. We will be playing our new song "Comin to Getcha" and we will be playing a 60 min set starting at 10pm. Please make plans to come rock with us on Friday, January 30th!

Hello again!  Sorry it has been so long since we blogged but we have had a lot of exciting things going on.  The most exciting is probably the status of the new CD Pinups in Parachutes.  We finally got all the basslines tracked for all nine songs and that leaves us just 7 vocal tracks left until we are done with the tracking completely.  We anticipate being able to complete the vocals by mid December.  In the meantime, we are also very excited to announce that we have officially begun production on the album this week.  We sent our first track Fallen to John Kurzweg whose credits include Creed (Human Clay sold over 10 million copies) and Puddle of Mud.  We are extremely fortunate to be working with John who we met at Hyperfestival in New Mexico and we are excited to hear what he is able to do to enhance the sound of our recordings.  And of coarse we are stoked that someone of John's industry experience is working with us on this project.  Thanks John!!  And special thanks to Jenny Gamble of Hyperfestival for having us out to the show and making it all possible.   We love you Jenny!

We hope to have the CD release party in the Spring and the good news is that we already have 5 new songs written for the new CD which we will begin recording in May of 2009.  We hope to release two CDs in 2009 to make up for the past two years of waiting for this one.  In the meantime, we have a few really cool shows that are coming up that we want to tell you about.

The first show is on Saturday night, November 8th at Dream Street in Ocean Beach.  We will be opening for our good friends Canobliss who kick major fucking ass.  So make plans to be at the show.  We hit the stage at 9pm that night and we will be having an after party at the studio for those who know where that's at.  It's goona be a really fun show and we hope to be playing a new song that night as well.  So be sure to catch us and Canobliss at Dreamstreet in November, it's ALWAYS a good time!

In other cool band news, we have T-Shirts available at the shows now and we are working to get them online.  Stay tuned for our new Zazzle store coming soon. 

And last but not least, we have been invited to a Battle of the Bands at BB Kings Blues Club in LA.  We don't have a date on that, yet but we will let you know as soon as we have more details.  Until then, keep rocking!!!
