The show was so fucking amazing, we'll miss them so much. They are really one of the most underrated band that came out from the Quebec  hardcore scene. They are our best friends and wish them luck. Check out their new project Brazen Hell : www.myspace.com/brazenhell this is great stuff. This is one of those shows that reminds you why you are doing this and how much fun hardcore is suppose to be. Everyone was having a great time, all I could see while playing was the smiles on  people faces. The vibe was awesome and that show will be remembered as one of the coolest we've ever played. We are now writing new stuff, people that are following us for a long time will be pleased by somewhat of a return to a darker more metal sound, yes a good follow to what APM was. With the first lp we wanted to try something different, with the second we want to do what we are good at. Should be interesting. It's freezing here now, I dream of California ...all the time!

Hi my friends, I know it's been a while, but it looks that now that I'm in charge of this I will try to give you guys as much updates as possible, so everything is going well, we played a bunch of shows around the province in the past couple of weeks and we look forward to go play in Ontario with our friends Arise and Ruin in november, next in line is California , we hope to it Cali in January and last but not least Europe anything is confirmed yet but we are working really hard to make thos things happen. We've had great reviews of the cd and people seem to really dig it a lot! We are really stocked about this, since we busted our ass in the studio and tried to bring some a fresh sound. Hopefully we'll catch everyone on the road!
till next time

Hey folks

Lots going on lately as i am sure you are all aware, but we strive under pressure! With that being said we have been receiving lots of new stuff from all over the world and we think that's awesome. So we decided to honor one track from each band that has sent us material and will be hand picked by our staff to get a feature spot on the compilation disc. So if you know any bands that would be interested or you are in a band that is interested please send us an email telling us that you would like to be considered. Also as many of you are aware we are a Metal Label, and submissions by hip hop or indie rock bands will be over looked. Metal encompasses Hardcore, Industrial, Death, Grind, Gore and Black.

We hope to hear from all of you very soon and look forward to your submissions.

What's up,
Modern Crimes' album is finally done and is on its way to the pressing. We've just put up a song off the album called: CONDEMNED TO FAIL.

You are more than welcome to leave a comment or send us a message.

For those who asked us: How the album sounds like? well... it is pretty hard to say. Don't expect A PERFECT MURDER version 2 cuz it's not.
It's more a mix between Hardcore,Thrash metal/Punk. There is plenty of diversity. I guess you will all find out by June 17th since it is the album release date.

TRACKLISTING:

Carry On
Kids Don't Play Anymore
Condemned To Fail
Life I Take ( Bo Thompson Guest Vocal)
What's Going On
Slipped
Class Of '98
Live Through Me
I'm Sorry
Relentless

We are still booking the summers shows, We'll post them as soon as it gets Confirmed. Thank you

What are modern crimes?

The question is not what, but who are Modern Crimes? With a no holds bared straight edge thrash/punk sound. Modern Crimes are the five original members of A Perfect Murder. They are working on their first self-titled album and will be entering wild studio in March, with producer Pierre Rémillard (Misery Index, Ion Dissonance, Despised Icon, Kataklism). The album will also feature guest vocals by Karl Buechener from Earth Crisis, with a tentative release for early June 2008, followed by a Canadian tour. CLASS OF 98'

It was a cold september night,
Jammin' some great tunes in Bouch garage.
Pissing off the neighbors,
Making so much noise that the whole block won't sleep.
Screaming till my voice is shut for a whole week
Playing so loud that I cant hear shit

So here I am 10 years later
Still having the best times of my life
Still playing with my best friends
Still remain unbroken

I remember singing I am straight edge
And here I am still the same,
So don't tread on me,
I am still living a life on my own
Feeling good, still out of step.
And guess what, the flame still burns
And the foundation of our friendship
Is far from being broken.

Dont wait for us to slow down.

I'M SORRY

I hope you won't see the world as it is today
I hope you gonna give me faith in this world
A Faith that is lost since a long time
I'm sorry but I need you more then anything now

May you have fun in our cold winters
May you see the cool places i had the chance to see
May you breathe the air i had the chance to breathe
May you feel the breeze on your pretty face

Maybe your generation will be smarter
And won't repeat all the mistakes that make this world  slowly burn
Maybe your generation won't be guided by greed
Maybe you'll be a part of better things to come

My Faith that is lost since a long time
I'm sorry but I need you more then anything now

May you have fun in our cold winters
May you see the cool places i had the chance to see
May you breathe the air i had the chance to breathe
May you feel the breeze on your pretty face

May you have fun in our cold winters
May you see the cool places i had the chance to see
May you breathe the air i had the chance to breathe
May you feel the breeze on your pretty face

A RELENTLESS DREAMER

When I was a kid I dreamed of playing in a band
I dreamed of travailing to see the world
Dreaming of California all the time

I've always been a dreamer
I've always been relentless
And everything i have accomplished will never be taken away from me

So there i was on the road doing what i do best
Feeling like nothing can get to me
Remembering those dreams I had as a kid

I've always been a dreamer
I've always been relentless
And everything i have accomplished will never be taken away from me

I've always been a dreamer
I've always been relentless

After a lot of torments, a long lay off from playing all together and a lot of BS. We started to hang out all together again. We all wanted to do something together again but with APM still active and working on a new recording and Aces and Eights playing some shows here and there and was kinda difficult to find the time to get together and jam some stuff. But it was seriously bugging us a lot, we wanted to jam together again ASAP and see whats going to happen. So, on a Sunday afternoon we called Yan and tell him that we were going back to our good old practice space and have fun. We knew that jamming some old APM stuff would be a good therapy for all of us. We just nailed some Unbroken and Cease to suffer stuff, songs that some of us had not played in over 3 years. It felt fucking awesome for all of us. After that jam session, we talked a lot about having a new band together, we also talked about the direction we wanted to take with this new band. So with APM done and Aces and Eights on some kind of break we decided to have this band our main project. We started right away to write songs and let Bouch work his magic again. This new band means a lot of things for all of us, it's going to be different from what we have done in the past for sure. We should enter the studio in late august to record a couple of songs. We cant wait to get back on stage and play live together again.

Dont wait for us to slow down.
