The titles of my paintings are the date the piece was completed in PC computer code. For instance the title "38-017" means that the painting was finished 38017 days from January 1, 1900. This is how a computer keeps track of dates. If you enter 38017 into a spreadsheet cell and change the cell format to Date you get 1/31/2004... the day the painting was finished.
