Hey there, party people!

We just wanted to let all you guys know (for those who either didn't make it or couldn't stick around all night, last night) that we won the Redefined Records Battle Of The Bands! The prize is a distribution deal with Redefined/Universal Records and $1000!

We wanted to thank each and every last one of you, whether you came out to the show or not! Support from our friends, like you is what pushes us to try so hard to bring our music to even more people. Its because of you, our friends and supporters, that we were able to make things like last night happen!

Having said that, in the next couple of months, we're going to be playing a lot more and by that, we mean more local shows, most of which will be "on the cheap", if not free. We wanna see more of you guys & see you more often. Plus, we wanna give the people who have put up their hard-earned money to come see us so many times a little break/treat for all their support and help. Short of giving you guys our food stamps & unemployment checks, that's the least we can do for a group of people who have done so much for us!

Also, in the next coming months, we're gonna get our street team up and running in full swing, so if that sounds like something you might wanna be a part of, hit us up soon & we'll be in touch w/all the details!

Again, thank you to all our friends and fans, both near and far. Thank you to the Chronic Cantina and Redefined/Universal Records. And thank you to the other bands who participated in the Battle Of The Bands. You were all worthy and very talented bands!

The next show, is April 9th @ the Chronic Cantina, again. More details TBA... Hope to see you there!

Hey Everyone...

We just wanted to announce our Set Time for this Wednesday, 3/25, @ The Chronic Cantina. We go on promptly @ 9:30pm, so don't be late!

Do NOT forget, on the back of the tickets, there are 2 lines to fill in for your first & second favorite bands of the night. If you bought tickets from us, please write in "Throwing Seven" on the 1st line and any other band that's playing that night, on the 2nd; Your Votes Will Not Count, Without Writing in 2 Bands' Names!

You can still buy tickets online, right on our profile, up until Wednesday. Thank you to everyone that's already confirmed to go. If yyou want to go, but have not bought tickets yet, do not hesitate to hit one or all of us up, as we only have a few tickets left to sell!

Thanks everyone & we'll see you all on Wednesday!

(From the Film, Network, 1976...Rent It, Watch It, Love It...Thanks, Joe!)

"...I don't have to tell you things are bad. Everybody knows things are bad. It's a depression. Everybody's out of work or scared of losing their job. The dollar buys a nickel's worth, banks are going bust, shopkeepers keep a gun under the counter. Punks are running wild in the street and there's nobody anywhere who seems to know what to do, and there's no end to it. We know the air is unfit to breathe and our food is unfit to eat, and we sit watching our TV's while some local newscaster tells us that today we had fifteen homicides and sixty-three violent crimes, as if that's the way it's supposed to be. We know things are bad - worse than bad. They're crazy. It's like everything everywhere is going crazy, so we don't go out anymore. We sit in the house, and slowly the world we are living in is getting smaller, and all we say is: 'Please, at least leave us alone in our living rooms. Let me have my toaster and my TV and my steel-belted radials and I won't say anything. Just leave us alone.' Well, I'm not gonna leave you alone. I want you to get MAD! I don't want you to protest. I don't want you to riot - I don't want you to write to your congressman because I wouldn't know what to tell you to write. I don't know what to do about the depression and the inflation and the Russians and the crime in the street. All I know is that first you've got to get mad. (shouting) You've got to say, 'I'm a human being, god-dammit! My life has value!' So I want you to get up now. I want all of you to get up out of your chairs. I want you to get up right now and go to the window. Open it, and stick your head out, and yell, 'I'm as mad as hell, and I'm not going to take this anymore!' I want you to get up right now, sit up, go to your windows, open them and stick your head out and yell - 'I'm as mad as hell and I'm not going to take this anymore!' Things have got to change. But first, you've gotta get mad!...You've got to say, 'I'm as mad as hell, and I'm not going to take this anymore!' Then we'll figure out what to do about the depression and the inflation and the oil crisis. But first get up out of your chairs, open the window, stick your head out, and yell, and say it: 'I'm as mad as hell, and I'm not going to take this anymore!'"
