hula hoops!
we had a ridiculous time making our first baby titled "Whisper Down the Lane" it is eleven tracks of wholesome fun and we're proud and we think you'll like it. It's sure to cure a day that's a bore, it'll wash you up on the shore of a place you adore, isn't that what music is made for? anyway!
if you are interested in purchasing our first album you have a few options: 1.) Come see us perform live! We will always have them for sale there, and no shipping, and never any tax! 2.) Toy Soldiers Emporium: toysoldiers.bigcartel.com 3.) Our "blog": toysoldiers.tumblr.com
and once again, sixteen million thanks to everyone that helped us SELL OUT our album release party. and fourty two million thanks to everyone that helped make this album come to be.
everyone enjoy your morning/day/night!
love ya

Oh my dear It's something so strange you can't walk with me and you can't walk away where is your love? I need you and you need me Instead we set eachother free Where is our love? I love you like nothing I've ever loved before Because part of you is mine And part of me is yours And I finally know why. And one day The past will go away Until then I'll listen to you rain You are my love We were built beneath the sunshine They gave us a heart and a thousand eyes To go find our love I love you like nothing I've ever loved before Because part of you is mine And part of me is yours And I finally know why. I wonder where you wander When I watch you disappear You're lying right there but you're long gone from here Here is my love If not now then tell me when Can we look to the sky And away from the end What is this love?

There's a fork in the road up ahead put it to sleep in it's napkin bed besides the knife and silver spoon atop a four legged table that won't be walking anytime soon
There's a creek in the basement stairs where water runs from itself when it's scared behind a wooden lock with a glass key you twist and turn when there's something you wanna see
there's a pain in the window glass that hurts more every time the house laughs at her four story friend from across the way that keeps telling her they're gonna live together one day we'll all live together someday we'll all live together someday

you come out crying swimming to the brim of the lake then climb on out into another hole where you are now and will forever be a beartrap with dull teeth and your gonna try and kick and scream and set yourself free but this traps been set for everyone its the only one you can't succeed you're the king of your character you don't choose your story. an eye for a sight costs an arm and a leg you can rent a different life for less than a quarter a day a far less price than the will it takes to go but if you dont go now then you'll sure as hell never know you can't win! nobody can! you've been walking thrugh life, left and right but once you see the exit sign, you'd better run from something you can't see in the night the blind ones call it "the light" but it's blinding so there's no use in finding what can't be found and I raise my hand to bury the casket full of ideas in the splintered winter ground to place so much faith in something that makes you wait they're only playing pretend until the end when it's only you, you can't take you love yourself as if you're someone else and you'll sure as hell never know you can't win, nobody can you can't win, nobody can ahhhhh

A family from one birthed another, it's true we all came from each other it's a tree, i'm a branch I'll grow and leave and then fall to the ground And then one day feed the other trees with my skull, flesh, bones, blood, and teeth I grew up myself now I'm planting seeds for strangers in the same family. Oh, time. Oh, time. how you change everything, but my mind you continue on while i'm caught in the sugar and dirt of humankind We're a family of gingerbread, cookie cut, white lined eyes and smiles I took two steps and look back at miles and I just realized I hadn't come from the horizon but I'm on my way there now I just realized I hadn't come from he horizon but I'm on my way there now I hadn't come from the horizon but I'm on my there now, on my way there now I hadn't come from the horizon but I'm on my way there now, on my way there now on my way there now on my way there now Oh, time. Oh, time. I should open my eyes next time you pass, pass me by Instead I take two steps and look back at miles and miles and miles and miles.
