Learn more about the Humanist Approach to Happiness

Yay!  I finally finished my book - The Humanist Approach to Happiness: Practical Wisdom.

The Humanist approach to Happiness is a book for teens and young adults that basically says – here are personal ethics, here is why they are important, and here is how you can apply them to your daily life and why doing so will help you live a happier more productive life.  It is the only self-help book available that approaches the subject explicitly through Humanism.
