So,
I've just started work on my new graphic novel. I've been wanting to start this project for quite a while but I've never been able to manage the time, energy, concentration, or inspiration. I don't want to give entirely too much away, because it's still in it's infancy and I want to keep it between myself and a few other people, but trust me when I say that it's right up the alley of an abudance of people who read my blogs. I can't promise that everyone will like it, but I'm hoping that most will at least check it out and give me honest feedback.
I haven't got LiveJournal quite the way I want it yet, unfortunately. I really don't like blogging on Myspace, but I've tried a few others and the interfaces are so counter-intuitive it always leads me back to here for a much less frustrating experience. I'm going to mess with it more after this is posted, so with any luck my blogs from then on will be there. Does anyone know of any other blog services? I looked at WordPress for a little bit and that looked neat.
You can always check me out on: Twitter, and I'm starting to get my hands on Pownce. Hopefully LJ will be up soon as well. Other than that, I'm all social-networked out.
stfu facebook.
Oh, and in the realm of music...not a lot is happening. I'm still very much concerned with performing and writing and releasing things I've promised to release, but right now my mind just isn't in it. Maybe when the OGN gets done and I'm sick of writing that I'll come back. For now though, it's on hiatus.
omg comment please. xo

heh.
well.
music isn't goiing as planned, as i'm sure you can tell.
i don't really know what i need right now. every aspect of my life is going great. getting married next year, getting a promotion soon, been playing a lot of clix, all that good stuff.
i just haven't written anything in forever, and every day i have less and less motivation to write or post on here or promote or anything. i guess i just feel stagnant.
i wanna write a graphic novel, that's my plan for this year, is writing a graphic novel, and putting out TaGitT. if i could do all that, i'd be happy. i know it wouldn't be much in the long run but i'd be extremely happier than i am now.
i dunno, i think i need to start a band. i think that the dynamic of having multiple members all creating something equally would be fantastic, but who knows.
the label is kinda shit right now, as i don't even know whats up with gene, or anybody else, and monny left. none of this is any of their faults though, haha.
i dunno, i should probably hop in bed soon. just kinda talking out loud here
xoxo kw

new song up. it’s not really a song but whatevs. it’s my cover of "puddin" by way more awesome poet mike mcgee. it was done at the wow hall show last summer and, although i’m not incredibly proud of it, new things needed to be put up and some people like it. i think.
other than that, same old same old. i’ve been thinking about music and stuff a lot lately and it’s kind of inspired me more, so i’m hoping i’ll be able to write, record, perform, and be on here more. who knows though, i’ve said that for like the last 5 months, lollogram.
anyway, i *am* going to use tonight as a way to kind of re-juvinate myspace, so feel free to comment and we can talk.
as always, comment about the song, subscribe to the blog if you don’t already, and tell your friends!
xoxo

Hey guys,
Yeah haven't been on Myspace, will get back into it soon, new music coming, lollogram.
Anyway, here are:
SOME THINGS:
1.) MTAC is approaching. April 25th - 27th Myself, Random, CSHC, and My Parents Favorite Music will be in TN! I've never traveled outside of the west coast, and I've never done a show outside of the Northwest so it should be an interesting ride for me. Ashley and I are taking a greyhound, and it's going to suck. If anyone y'know...wants to donate some money you could always paypal me @ wisdomisyourhero@yahoo.com or use the donation link in my album release blog to throw me some change. lol money. Either way it's going to be awesome. If you're in the area at all please lemme know, I'm up for having a good time inside and outside of the con.
2.) May 29th in Seattle, WA @ The Mercury, VPN and I will be performing. This will be our first performance since she's been signed to Loves Me Not so it should be pretty interesting. Oh, and I guess some guys named The Stunt Junkies, MC Gigahertz,RevBadger and MC Shinigami are playing. lol nerdcore acts. I 'll have more info as it comes to me, but for now, please mark the date on your calendar! New material, new artists, new venue, new cocks. oh shi-
3.) Olympic Cards & Comics is having it's Grand re-opening at their new location on March 1st. So holler. There'll be industry guests, lots of sales, gaming tournaments, and a whole bunch of awesome. Also I'm entering the March 8th HeroClix Fing Fang Foom Battle Royale tournament so be there or else. lol comics.
4.) I know it's too early to call it, but Spore is going to be not only the game of the year, but the game of the decade. Mark my words. You're going to buy this game and you're going to love it and you're going to subscribe to my sporecast and you're going to love that too. lol video games. Really though trust me. I've never been wrong about this sort of thing.
5.) Just to round it out as a top-5 list, I may be touring soon. I don't wanna give away too much info until the day comes, but we're working on something that'd be decent, at the very least in the Northwest, that would be a pretty big step for me and all of you would love it. Again, as I get more info I'll announce it here.
I seriously do hope to be getting back into Myspace soon, Kenny

oh hai guyz. how did you get here? Just saw Cloverfield. I liked it. There were some problems though. The monster was cool, but eh. I dunno. You don't get to see it really at all, and then you see it really close up all of the sudden. I wish they would've done more of a slow build to it. Like, you see it in the darkness, see certain parts, etc. and then it unfolds into you finally seeing it. The ending was also kinda vague. I understand that it's a writing tool and all that, but in a movie like this I felt that there should've been more confirmation. I wouldn't say it was a rip off or anything, but it was a pretty weak ending. Besides that, it was cool. The lighting, sound and visuals really got you into it, those were the best parts of the movie for sure. It also pulls some heart strings but sometimes it's at the wrong moment. Overall: See it if you think you'll like it. If you aren't looking forward to it, you're probably not gonna like it. ---------- NOW ONTO KENNY WISDOM'S MOST ANTICIPATED THINGS OF 2008! Other movies I'm interested in, but haven't made the top include: Hellboy 2, Be Kind Rewind, Zack and Miri Make a Porno, Choke, Dragonball, Horton Hears a Who, Wanted, Indiana Jones, Semi-Pro.

Man I haven't been around here much. =[
Just wanted to explain why I've been absent around here, and pretty much anywhere else on the internet lately, heh. My Mysace page has gone from around 150 plays/day to around 5 plays/day, I haven't been posting on really any forums besides Lethalville & The Network, haven't been sending messages, replying to messages, commenting, replying to comments, etc. I'm sure you get the jist. Anyway, the point of this was to let everyone know what's up, and that I'm back to the (sometimes) wonderful world of Myspace!
So here's a quick rundown of what's up:
- TaGiTT is 90% written and can be recorded in a weekend. Look for it in late January or early February. It's not going to get as much publicity as the live album, but for the special 10 - 20 people who want it, it's coming.
- I'm in the midst of booking the northwest leg of Jared Paul's national tour. I never realized how different it is booking venues for bands than it is booking bands for venues, heh. Anyway, I'm working on Olympia and Portland now so if you know of any venues, feel free to holler!
- Babydoll Bombsquad is shitty because of me. I've missed every practice and really haven't done shit, haha. Hopefully with this re-emergence to the internet and having fun, I can have a re-emergence to work. We're practicing tomorrow and we have about 10 practices to make up for so...^_^
- My friend Caleb started a Zombie Roleplay Forum that I'm apart of. I've never done this kinda thing before, but Caleb is a pretty creative guy and I trust it'll be fun. Sign up if you're into that kind of thing.
- I've been getting big into Guild Wars lately. My name on there is Metis Weatherwax if you play. I'm like a lvl. 7, and I basically just do quests with Ashley for a few hours a day, so feel free to hit me up anytime. I'm probably going to get bigger into it once GW2 comes out as well.
- I'd like to put out a full length in May or so, and then do a small NW tour, but I don't wanna get ahead of myself. Definitely be on the lookout for the album though, as well as hopefully more A Lethal Defect shows, and hopefully a demo.
----------
Well, thanks for not abandoning ship, and I'm here to stay! (Promise)
xoxo, Kenny

Dear Myspace,
Just thought I'd check in with some quick updates and all that. I always say this, but I've been hoping to start blogging more regularly. So, with all of the cliche's behind us, let's start:
Music News:
- I'm hoping to be able to put out "There's A Girl..." within January. I wanna go in and record it all in one day in the beginning of January, and then get some artwork done, wait for the engineering process and then slap it up here. This probably won't be promoted much outside of the internet (much like Live @ WOW Hall), because it's kind of a special, niche thing. However, that will lead into my next project, hopefully released before MTAC which will have a heavy promotion machine full of material you haven't heard before. Wish me luck!
- A Lethal Defect are so good. Add them and listen to the tunes. I signed them and they are awesome. They had their first show last night at SOCK, and it was absolute perfection. Caleb was tight and percise on the drums. Chris was intense to the likes I've never seen from him before. Morgan was all-business. Dan was on point as usual, and Ian is one of the best frontmen in the scene. They don't have very much live experience and are already doing better than most bands I've seen. Not to dis-credit anyone, but if theres some kind of "Up and coming" category, they take it. I'm hoping that we can get a demo out for them in the Spring time, but we'll see.
- t3h VPN put up some new stuff that's on point as always. She has a busy schedule that doesn't completely revolve around music, so she hasn't been able to perform much, but everything she's put out has been gold. Once her schedule clears up and she's able to commit more time to music she'll be a huge success in the nerdcore scene. As always, add, blah, listen, blah.
- That's pretty much it. Babydoll Bombsquad is kind of on hold right now until the new year. Mostly due to me. Michael and Nicole have been nothing but hard working, creative, intelligent individuals and I've been the one not pulling my weight. Hopefully we'll be doing shows next February, with a demo coming by the end of 2008.
Other than that...
- Ashley just moved in and it is awesome.
- I've been playing Pokemon like nobodies business. If anyone wants to trade, I'll edit this with my friend code soon enough. Diamond 4 life.
- Christmas is a-coming. I'll be getting a 360, and I already got most people stuff. Ash got a DS, a few games, Halo 2, and some other stuff I haven't given her, and everybody else's is a secret so stfu.
- Miss Gene & Caleb.
- Work is splendid.
xoxo

Hey guys,
Just realized that it's been almost a month since the album dropped/I posted a blog, and thought I should update. I hope to be updating more regularly soon, once the Holidays are over and Ash is moved in and all that, once I have more downtime. Anyway, I'll be keeping this relatively short, so read what ya want, and skip what ya don't want. Also, please, if you enjoyed this or any other blog, comment, and subscribe! Thanks
----------
MUSIC NEWS:
- the album has been going well. I've recieved around 400 downloads that I know of, and I've seen it up on some torrent sites. I've recieved a review from Dkaid & Descartes Ekman I'm still trying to push it, and I hope that you'll do the same. Tell your friends, burn them a copy, burn copies and leave them at your school, work, comic shop, whatever! As I always say, none of this would be possible without you, and I appreciate all the love and support I've recieved for this album and my career thus far. Keep it coming! - We also got some Radio play. I didn't get to listen, unfortunately, but from what I know, my album was played, and my labelmate VPN was interviewed. So that's awesome. I'm going to try and arrange more radio interviews and plays and all that soon, and I've also hit up some local press for interviews and reviews that are in the works. I'll keep you all updated. If you know someone, or you yourself run a podcast, zine, radio show, newspaper, website, etc. I'm always, ALWAYS down for doing a guest spot or whatever you need. Feel free to hit me up!
- Babydoll Bombsquad, the collaborative effort of Me, Michael Smith, and Nicole Brownfield, is going well. Slow, but well. It's mostly my fault for missing practices and not doing a whole lot of writing. We'll definitely pick it up, though. I'll stop slacking and we'll hopefully have recordings up by the end of the year. For those who don't know, BDBS is me on rapping/spoken word, Michael on acoustic guitar/backing vocals and Nicole on keyboard/sex appeal. It should be a fun proect and, like I said, I'll keep you updated.
- There's A Girl In This Town... should still be released this year, hopefully. My aim is to have it out before Christmas, but we'll see. If not, it'll be out in January. Just to clue you in, TaGitT will be an experimental spoken word project. It'll consist of 5 or 6 poems based around my poem Chehalis. One of which is my other poem, Olympia. So if you read those, you'll understand the format. They're all based around women that I care deeply about, and the cities they live in. They'll be Seattle, Chehalis, Boise, Olympia, and maybe some others I'm un-decided on. There'll also be some bonus tracks I don't wanna speak about yet!
----------
PERSONAL NEWS:
- Ashley is moving in soon, so that's cool. We've been planning it for a long time and it's finally going to happen! For all my personal friends: I'm not going to have much Christmas money this year. I got Ash her present (a shiny new DS Lite), and we're going to be saving and buying furniture, so, I apologize. Last Xmas I spent like $600.00 on you guys so you can chill until your respective Birthdays. ^_^
- SOCK is having a gaming party, yo. December 7th. If you have any TVs, consoles, or games you wanna let us use, LET ME KNOW! Come down and play with us too, even if you can't let us borrow, whatever! Big or small, this party is going to be the awesomest. If you miss it you're a l00z0r!! Haha. Be there!
----------
Well, that's it. Sorry it wasn't so short, hahaha.
Anyway, as always, IF YOU LIKED THIS BLOG, PLEASE COMMENT AND SUBSCRIBE! THANK YOU SO MUCH. I LOVE YOU MORE THAN THE WIND AND THE TREES.
OVER AND OUT.
