Hey Gang – Welcome to JAMO’S JAMS & GIGS for 5/8/2009.  Sorry I’m late.  Life gets in the way of fun sometimes.  Well, the Bob Lanza  Blues Band gig at KC’s Corner was a blast.  I’ve put up videos of the songs from sets 1 & 2 on YouTube – the URLS are all listed at the end of this email if you want to see them.  The sound is nothing like the real thing, since it was recorded thru a normal camcorder.  I have enhanced MP3’s if you want one.

I hope that you’re all looking forward to this summer as much as I am.

Send me your summer gigs, people!!!

Hey Gang – Welcome to JAMO’S JAMS & GIGS for 4/16/2009.  Tough week.  Again, my condolences, Ned.  As someone near and dear to me once said, “We’re all passengers.”

<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />.. ..

Thanks to all who came to the Jambush at the Landslide last night!  We did well – it’s an honor to play with you. Did you notice how great we sounded?  (Wasn’t me – it was them.)

.. ..

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I will not be at the Jambush at the Pattenburg tonight.  Stuff happens.  Coming up: a Jambush at Lenny’s Night Out in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />..South Plainfield..!

.. ..

Send me your gigs, everyone.  If I don’t know about it I can’t tell anyone, now can I?  AND, pass this on to anyone who might like to know where live music is going on.  If you got this through someone else and you want to get on the email list, just hit reply and tell me so.  If you want to get OFF of the list, do the same thing!

Hey Gang – Welcome to JAMO’S JAMS & GIGS for 2/13/2009.  FYI - This is a free email newsletter that I put together to keep you informed about live music performances in the area.  My intention is to promote live music – everyone’s live music.  Not all of these gigs are mine!!!!  (Some people get that wrong.)  Please feel free to pass this thing on to anyone who might like to know where things are happening.  Your email address is not revealed to anyone else, so feel free to send it to me for inclusion on the list.  If you play, send me your schedule (include your websites, venue, time, location, etc.  please) and I’ll include it here.  This week, gigs are up front, and jams are at the end.  ........

If you’re looking for the videos from last week’s Pearly’s jam, I haven’t had time to get them online yet – hang in there, they’re coming!!!!....
