I hit 60,000 miles on my car today. About half of those miles are mine (i bought it pre-owned). I've owned it for two years and eight months. Which makes about 11,000 miles per year, or under 1000 per month. I'm about half-way done paying it off. The only modifications done so far are lowering springs, which my brother got me for Christmas. So technically, the only thing i've done to it is floor mats. I've spent roughly $2500 on fuel, and spent over a month in the driver's seat. It's been in the shop for anything besides maintenance only a couple times that i can think of. I've been lucky enough to have only one moving violation in this car. I'll gladly go 60,000 more with it.

My personality was "very rare," which my be the case, but it pegged me as "dominant, driven, poised, and self-aware," and therefore "Extroverted, Sensing, Thinking, and Perceiving." Doubt that's right. How Rare Is Your Personality? I got the Goldilocks brain. Pretty much 50/50. Some questions could easily go either way. Are You Right or Left Brained? [via Gudo]

Monday night cacapino, Gudo, and i drove up to the VW meet at Kingstowne Towne Center in Springfield.
We met Brian and rolled in to the Chipotle parking lot—two MkIII Jettas and two MkIV GTIs.

Met a bunch of dudes, and saw some pretty nice rides. The NGP Audi A3 definitely stood out as the nicest—to me at least.
We ate at this place called Noodles & Company, and Brian told us to get mac & cheese with steak. But they didn't have steak. Food was pretty good though, and cheap. Decent night. The Kingstowne shopping center is pretty chill, lots of places to eat. Meets are every Monday night. I gave my MySpace styles a new home here: miahz's MySpace Profile Stylesheet and here: miahz's MySpace Blog Stylesheet. I also added a few new rules for the Calendar section on the profile stylesheet. I had never had any calendar events, so didn't know it needed some extra help. MySpace code is disgusting---endless nested tables, nearly impossible to style. On the blog styles page, i have the actual custom CSS code as well as the settings i used on the Customize My Blog page. [ditto miahz.com]
