Booze & Burn is a gathering of a few friends and strangers at an authentic Sri Lankan restaurant in the E. Village (and apparently only one in Manhattan): Sigiri (91 1st Ave @ 5th & 6th St.)

At this point I've have everything on their menu and I can still go there regularly and not be sick of it. As far as I'm concerned it blows any Indian food clear out of the water.

It's an everyone and anyone sort of affair so we encourage the bringing of friends, strangers... enemies even, as long as they
1) Can carry their own social weight.
2) Own between 0 and 1 bowling balls (inclusive).

Why is it called Booze & Burn?
Booze because it's BYOB--a fact that allows us to arrive at 7:30, leave at close (11), and the tab still be under $20 a head.

Burn because... well:
