Current mood: disappointed
I have officially called it quits. I just want to thank all of the bands that have played. I also want to thank everyone that has come to the shows and paid money and brought canned goods --if you weren't aware before, I donate the majority of my profit plus any canned goods collected to the Northeast Veterans Outreach Center, they have appreciated the money and food that have come from us. A huge thank you to the Haverhill Elks 165 for actually letting us have shows when there was nothing in Haverhill. This would of been nothing without each and every one of you. Things could change throughout the year, but as of now it is not likely that I will be back. The only exception is:I will continue to do the Annual Blair Gosselin tribute in the fall but that will be about it.
remember support your scene and don't be a dbag at shows.
Thanks again, Danielle

Hi Everyone, There is a program called cell phones for soldiers, they collect old cell phones and recycle them to purchase calling cards for soldiers that are overseas. Recently, a member of the Weymouth Elks had collected 500 cell phones to donate to the program. The day he was preparing to donate them, his car with all the cell phones was stolen. To replace the cell phones and give more, the Haverhill Elks are trying to collect them as well. I figured that some of you might have some old ones laying around or know someone who does. If you could please let me know and I will gladly pick them up from you. Ok as most of you know when I have shows I do a canned food drive along with it. All of those canned goods go to Veterans Northeast Outreach Center along with the majority of money that is brought in at the show. They help out veterans when they are in need. They support the men & women who fought for our country. If you have any extra money please donate to them, it is a wonderful cause. "A veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard, or reserve - is someone who, at one point in his or her life, wrote a blank check made payable to The 'United States of America', for an amount of 'up to and including my life.'"
