Hey everyone!

I just got my tax return our magical government is giving me 260 dollars back. This is enough for me to buy a round trip plane ticket to Minnesota for the Midwest Youtube Gathering in June. My e-friend derek invited me to stay at his house, and then him and his friends would drive me around town. It sounds fun and everything, but naturally i’m a little worried. It would be the first time I ever traveled by myself, and plus i’d be staying at someone’s house who i’ve never REALLY met before. We talk on webcam every day, but I’m sure it’ll be a little different in person. Maybe not though. I’ve never met a person off the internet so I wouldn’t know.

Would you go?

For awhile now I’ve had a blog site under a domain name that I bought a couple years ago. That was neat, and I enjoyed having my own little space on the web, but I feel that the best move is to move my blogging over to myspace. Getting people to come back to your site over and over again can be a challenge. With myspace however, all of your "friends" are alerted anytime you make a move on your myspace. When you blog, they get a message, when you add a picture, they get a message, when you change your profile song, they get a message. This is why I feel that myspace has become an amazing tool for networking with others, no matter what way you choose to do it.

For me, I mainly want to use this myspace to make people aware of my videos on youtube, and to keep them updated in between videos. This way it will (hopefully) keep them interested and coming back for more!

I have a lot of exciting things planned for the future and I hope that you will all be there to witness them and help me develop them further.
