We just wanted to thank each and every one of you for your support.  2010 has been a good year for us, and it was due largely to the community of friends we have who come out to see us.  We love you all, and thankyou for joining us on our Wandering Route.  Special thanks to a few people: Vig... MV6, truly our 6th man.  We love you and appreciate all you do to help us out.  Pete and Christine... our first street teamers. You two have helped us out so much it is almost silly.  We love you and thank you for all the work you put in to getting our name out. Manifest Station Productions... it has been a little while since we have had a M.S.P. throwdown, but everytime we do, you guys come out in full force to make things happen.  Huge amounts of love to everyone who helps us create events that go far beyond anything the band alone is capable of.  Thanks to Julie, Sarah, and Steph for putting up with us practicing every weekend.  We could never be a band without the coolest significant others in the world. Thanks for being patient with us.  And, last but not least, YOU... much of what we do is about spreading love, joy, positivity, and creativity, and we owe that to all the people we know.  We are surrounded by a network of supportive, loving, caring, wonderful people who inspire us to be better people, and give us fuel for the music.  We are who we are because you are who you are... so thanks from the bottom of our hearts.  Now, let's tear 2010 a new one!

Feb 13th, 2010 Manifest Station Productions presents a Chinese New Year's Eve Celebration featuring Wandering Root, and Psychedelphia.  The event will be complete with eye candy, great music, wonderful people, and all that you expect from a New Year's Eve celebration.  

Home stretch for 2009, and what a year it has been.  This year has been filled with a lot of great moments, musically, personally, and with all of you.  We have made incredible strides in the cohesiveness of our band, and have worked hard on our song writing, and our playing.  We have been fortunate enough to move up the ranks a bit and are starting to get into the circuit of venues we want to play in.  And, we have picked up Jason on keys... an incredible addition to our sound.  Our sights are set even higher for 2010, with the first bookings starting to roll in.  In the mean time, there are a few opportunities to catch us before the year is out.

So, as you may have noticed, the fall dates are starting to arrive.  September is starting to fill up, and we are happy to announce the return to the Funhouse on September 5th, and we are really stoked to announce our first trip to the Brass Lantern, September 19th.  Keep an eye on us for more updates.

It has been a fantastic summer of fun in the sun, music, fishing, phishing, dancing, laughing, hooping, and smiling... and now it is time to get back to work.  We are getting together today to practice and get things rolling for the next few months of fun.  At present, we only have a few shows booked, next weekend we will be playing a friend's birthday party, and the following weekend, we play the latenight at the Evolve festival in New Jersey.  If you have nothing to do, it should be a great time.  Then a good friend's wedding, and we are into fall.  We should be heading back to the usual hangouts, and hopefully finding some new ones.  If anyone has any suggestions for places we would want to play, let us know... until then, we will be getting things set to announce our fall run, and wish you well until we meet again.

We have had a blast playing for the last few months, our schedule was so full we felt like a real band.  Thanks to all the venues, promoters, friends, fans, and everyone else that made it all happen. Thanks to Vig for dancing to his 65th consecutive "Agent 420", and to Trent for being Wandering Root's most ridiculous fan.  

We have a show tomorrow night that we've been stoked to play for quite a while now.  A pleasant surprise is in store for anyone who can make it... Garfield's is a great venue.  After that, things will slow down a bit for a while.  We have plans for recording over the next few months, working on lots of new material, and getting prepared to hit the road hard towards the end of summer.  We can't wait to see you all again on the Wandering Route... come out and rock with us tomorrow night.

Two members of Wandering Root Brad Yeakel and TJ Duddy had the privilege to appear on LVTV's Community Corner show - Arts in the Valley. Arts in the Valley is a show that interviews local visual and performing artists from the Lehigh Valley and the Pocono Mountains about events and attractions. The show also showcases Brad and TJ performing one of the bands newest songs, Undertow. The segment will be airing several times the week of March 26th on channel 49 in the lehigh valley, and channel 13 in the poconos. We will also be posting a clip on the bands you tube page youtube/wanderingroot, as well as right here on myspace.
