Current mood: argumentative
I'm not writing this out of boredom. I have a paper due monday that is currently a piece of crap. Im writing this because i'm tired of hearing this argument of "Obama's big plan for spending lots of money."
We've got to be willing to shell out some cash to fix the country. That's the end of it. Theres no way the country is going to survive without its people supporting it. Wah, the government that keeps you safe needs a little help, lets complain about it, cause they promised to be perfect and now they're not. I don't think at any time did the government ever claim to be perfect, that it wouldn't have corrupted people working for it, or that all of it's ideas would end up benifiting the country in the long run. But just because you're not willing to pay for the fix, you'd vote for a president that'll claim to keep taxes lower, regardless of the long term effect, just so long as you can live your life as you live it now. Why not reflect on the fact that you're among the safest yet free people in the world and vote for someone that'll make a difference, no matter what the cost.
Before anyone, and I mean ANYONE says anything about 'the rising cost of living' or their own economic struggles, i want them to look through their house. If theres ANYTHING in it thats name brand and wasn't cheaper than a generic brand, don't bother replying. Until you're living off of home grown food you had to trade for and are living in the same set of clothes everyday (I wont even mention all the luxury items like cell phones and vehicles you'd be without), be grateful to live in the US.

So, I havn't posted in a while, not much to talk about, at least not much I felt like sharing. College is pretty chill, so much better than high school. I've got my own car now, but right now its in the shop. That's all complicated, but the dealership that we bought it from agreed to pay for the parts, but not the labor to fix it, so we're just going to pick it up tomorrow and fix it ourselves. If anyone knows how to replace calipers and rotors LET ME KNOW! hah. Anyways, aside from that, i'm taking TWO gordon rule classes, so i've got plenty of work to do. At least my teachers are cool. Im hoping they find this blog and read that part.. haha. But anyways, i'm playing in my church band on a regular basis as the bassist, and i'm loving it. Uhh, lets see.. No, I dont have a cell phone yet, still poor; no job either. Anyways, I wrote an awesome paper for english the other day, still waiting for teh teacher to tell me what she thinks. Hopeing its good enough that she just passes me.. rofl. Other than school, i've just been hanging out with friends alot, i've found that without marching band practice you have alot more options. Not to mention you can stay out till 2 since your classes dont start till 11.. heh Anyways, thats about all thats been going on. Still playing WoW once in a while, somewhere between homework and friends. Oh, and the only reason i'm writing this is cause i'm stuck at college with no ride -.-

Once you have been tagged, you have to write a blog with 10 weird, random things, facts, habits, or goals about yourself.
At the end, choose 10 people to be tagged, listing their names and why you chose them. Don't forget to leave them a comment telling them that they are "it" and to read your blog to see why.
You can't tag the person who tagged you. Since you can't tag me back, let me know when you've posted your blog so I can see your answers.

Leave your name and:
1. I'll respond with something random about you. 2. I'll tell you what song/movie reminds me of you. 3. I'll pick a flavor of jello to wrestle you in. 4. I'll say something that only makes sense to you and me. 5. I'll tell you my first memory of you. 6. I'll tell you what animal you remind me of. 7. I'll ask you something I've always wondered about you. 8. If you do this; you MUST post it in your own blog.

Dude, not cool. My mom, being as narrowsighted as she is, cant seem to see why I need a car. Im not asking for her to pay for it, im not asking her to find one for me. I mean, shouldn't I be allowed to get a job, save money, buy a car and make the payments if I want to? To her, the answer is obvious; No. I dont 'need a car just so you can drive where you want.' WRONG. Thats EXACTLY why I need a car. I always get lame excuses of 'I dont want to' or 'Thats too far away' or 'Can't you do it some other day' when i ask for a ride, but now, when I want to do something about it, she wont let me. Is it because i'm a bad driver? (I havn't had a single ticket/accident/ car related incident) And I irresponsible? A little, yea I manage to pass all my classes, play in 3 different musical groups AND have time for church every sunday. So what is it? On what grounds should she not let me get a car. Just because SHE thinks I dont need it? Of course, she wont read this, and she wont listen to my reasoning, so i'm jsut ranting to vent. But please, someone back me up on this; Dont you think that someone that could afford their own car, is responsible enough to take care of it and make the payments, and needs rides constantly, ought to buy his own car? Grr.. (playing Fable, enjoying being able to control what I can and cant do..)

ps. To Women everywhere:
If you confuse us Dont expect us to know much We're doing our best
For those that dont understand haikus, heres the simple verson: If you try to confuse us and play games with us, we'll fall for it every time. Flirt with us, we'll take the bait. Drop us, and we'll eventually pick ourselves up, but dont expect us to get up very fast next time you wave the carrot in front of us
