well, im here at last in sunny, yes sunny, scotland!! i know you wont believe me, but ive been here a week now and it has been beautiful. i ve even managed to get sunburned. my gigs in glasgow and in argyll went well... i had the best fun and best of all is that i feel ive made some new friends. thank you to all of you who have made me feel so at home, and to all of you who have sent me a message here on myspace. please keep in touch with me, as i will with you. so far i have walked and walked, all over loch lomond, along the lochs and shores of loch lomond and argyll, through beautiful little villages, and today all thru glasgow. the cathedral is something to see!!! and the oldest house in glasgow is something else to see. built in 1500 and something, its more than impressive. i miss my friends in australia, hello to you my dears!! but im so glad to be here. i keep crying for joy and pinching myself. stay tuned.... 

Just over a week now till i take off for the UK.getting very scared, very excited, very organized and then all flustered and loosing the plot! so many things to get together, to pay for, to find, to remember, and a few things to forget too :-). i can't quite believe i'm doing this, i probably won't believe it till i do up the seat belt on the plane. why do you need a seat belt on a plane anyway... humans are nothing if not optimistic. i am vey optimistic (jut as well) that i will have a grand adventure and sell tons of cds. the adventure is the best bit.
anyone who travels for music, let me say "respect friend".it's hard to do i'm discovering, but i am grateful to everyone who has inspired me to take flight. and so many of you have. thankyou for lighting the road for me and for others to find their way. streanght to all your arms!! janette

well, here it is, 2008, May already, and I'm off to the Uk in September. i have so much to get organized.... but i'm very excited and don't really believe it yet.
