Were did the bailout money go? How are the banks spending OUR TAX DOLLARS? Thomas Kelly of JPMorgan Chase (received 25 billion) says they are not gonna tell us. But when we go to chase for a small business loan , they require a full business plan outlining how were going to spend it. Hey JP Morgan. I lost 50K on a series of 401k's and mutual funds during the stock crash. Can I get 1 or 2k out of the 25 Billion we lent you so that I can have a decent Christmas this year? "No", said Tom. "We don't have it anymore and we decline to disclose to the public, how we spent it". Sun Trust Banks is not providing a "dollar-in, dollar-out" tracking (3.5 billion) of the taxpayers loan.. Or "We manage our capital in its aggregate" according to Regions Financial Corp-not tracking how it is spending the 3.5 billion it received as part of the financial bailout . The associated press contacted 21 banks that received at least 1billion in "Troubled Assets Relief Program" money, not one bank can offer a specific breakdown of how they spent the money. Not One! I mean, they must think we are stupid or something. How does a bank who is in business to manage many not know how it spent1 billion dollars? Hey you motherf*$@rs ! Can I borrow 2K so that my family have a decent Christmas?

American car companies are being rewarded for poor performance for too long. What would happen if G.M went bankrupt? Would they stop making cars? NO. Would there be a catastrophic loss in jobs? Sure in UNION JOBS. During the restructuring of G.M. (my example), most likely in order to keep the assembly line running, G.M. would re-hire all of their old ex-union employees at reduced wages. ..Union.. Busted. What do you think the Union backed Democratic House and Senate are going to do? Give the car companies 17 Billion in order to perpetuate the car companies; Poor management, Poor performance, & Crappy Cars. The oil companies have been boasting record profits during the price-gouge of 2007 where the national average of a gallon of gas was over $4.00/ gallon. No one bothered to address this issue in Capitol Hill in 2007. Well, they did, kind of, but it was swept back to the last page of the business section. Why is this? I am not sure but I would put money on the fact that we had a Republican President (Oil man) who totally disregarded our Constitution with the help of Vice president Chaney and his lawyer David Addington. No one has ever gone to the Oil companies and asked them to help bail out the car companies. I would think that the oil companies would have quit a staked interest in how well the car companies are doing. Cars run on gas don't they? But the oil companies know and do not care if the auto companies go bankrupt, BECAUSE, they would still suffer from Poor management, Poor performance, & Crappy Cars. I am not an anti-labor union person. My wife is a Teamster with U.P.S. and the union has been very good to us, but I do not understand why the .U.A.W. has not stepped up to the creativity plate to save their union. OH! They do not need to they are heavily supported by the Democratic majority in the House and Senate after the election (BINGO!) After the election. So let's jump on the bandwagon, cry poor, millions of jobs are at stake(bull shit) and ask Congress for a loan so they can continue with Poor management, Poor performance, & Crappy Cars. .. .. P.S. Do you think Barack Obama is going to make a difference with a House Of Whores?

I Want To Join This Damn Church ! author unknown
A crusty old man walks into the local Baptist Church and says to the secretary, 'I would like to join this damn church.' The astonished woman replies, 'I beg your pardon, sir. I must have misunderstood you. What did you say?' 'Listen up, I said I want to join this damn church!' 'I'm very sorry sir, but that kind of language is not tolerated in this church.' The secretary leaves her desk and goes into the pastor's study to inform him of her situation. The pastor agrees that the secretary does not have to listen to that foul language. They both return to her office, and the pastor asks the old geezer, 'Sir, what seems to be the problem here?' 'There is no problem,' the man says. 'I just won $200 million bucks in the damn lottery and I want to join this damn church to get rid of some of this damn money.' 'I see,' said the pastor. 'And is this bitch giving you a hard time ? ? ?

Although there is nothing wrong with what Mr. Arboleda did with his window, it is unlikely that the average person might perceive it as art. Although it fits the definition of what art is, there are people that could find his art as offensive. Especially in New York, who may be understandably paranoid of such things. Since Mr. Arboleda legally posted his art in "his" window, I feel that, yes, he was censored. I also think that we must take in consideration the context of which the 1st amendment, enacted December 15, 1791, was written. Speech & argument, in 1800, was considered an organized discourse. Freedom of speech was intended to allow people to voice their opinions publicly, following a civilized and organized discourse. Do you think that the laws and restrictions such as movie ratings, pornography, child pornography, is censorship? Are Right-to-life- protesters censored when they graphically display mutilated fetuses? Does the Military, censor the reports coming out of Iraq and Afghanistan? Sure it does! I advocate, the "full" censorship of forms of speech such as pornography, child pornography, graphic display mutilated fetuses, but does that make my opinions unconstitutional? I mean I could just look away couldn't I? Personally, I cannot "look away" from the possible harm done to others created in the spirit of free speech. Is Mr. Arboleda being censored by NEW York City? Of course he is! Is it right? No it is not, But did his art effectively convey his sentiments? Arboleda: "The exhibition is supposed to be about character assassination. It's philosophical and metaphorical." According to his audience the artist needs to rethink is art to better communicate his message more clearer to reach a wider audience. That's what art does. rs

Microsoft goes out of business??? Social networking: I did not know this, but Microsoft has(had until July 31) a free classified listing, http://expo.live.com , similar to Craig's list. But Craig's list has pushed the corporate giant out of the free social networking-classified business. The irony is Microsoft, with its long history of swallowing up smaller companies to acquire their technologies and putting them on the shelf is the Craigslist web site, to push the mega-giant out of a marketing niche, such as social-networking. I think that the Owners of Craig's list (Jim Craig-founder, Jim Buckmaster-CEO) know that they are sitting on a gold-mine, which in 1995 was only a San Fransisco email listing of social events in 1995 . The relatively un-commercial nature of Craigslist has become the world's 8 busiest english language web site in terms of page views (http://www.craigslist.org/about/factsheet.html). Yet, Craigslist incorporated as a for-profit company in 1999 does not display advertising and marketing on it's pages. So why doesn't Microsoft attempt to buy Craigslist Like Google bought YouTube and MySpace , or Microsoft's attempt to buy Yahoo? Is Craigslist too popular among the non-commercial community's community? What do you think? rs

Just Another Dirt-Bag Politician. On March 10th the story broke out about a sex scandal with the governor of New York. March 11th Fox's Top Story listed Love Gov' Set to Leap? Call grows for Spitzer to quit in wake of scandal & CNN's Top Story Listed: Will sex scandal sink New York governor?. Fox with their another cutsie, little, whitty headlines-FUCK YOU FOX!!! CNN with their STUPID QUESTIONS!!!-"Will the Governor Have a Bowel Movement Today?-FUCK YOU CNN!!! I am sick and tired of the so-called objective, responsible, media shoving this useless crap down our throats! On the same day the AP wire listed the top story as: Deficit widens as oil prices hit record -a legitimate concern since soon we will need to take out a mortgage in order to fill our tanks up and oil prices are driving our economy into recession-a little more important than "The Love Gov". The general audience cares more about Billy Crystal to don Yankees pinstripes signing a one day contract to play for the Yankees as listed on Yahoo's most-viewed story. Instead, the major news agencies shoves another dirt-bag politician down our throats. Hey FOX! Hey CNN! NO-ONE CARES! So do not force it on us! Another reason why I hate Mainstream News. rs

Since when does the CIA follow the rules? Or King George screws up again. Even if waterboarding was illegal, the CIA would still use the technique to gather intelligence. Bush is famous for thinking outside of the water-soaked, flattened box. In his lame-duck, month's, still managed to screw things up. Congress handed Bush, on a silver platter, a chance to put to bed, the issue of torture forever. Doesn't he listen to his advisors? Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California, a member of the Senate Intelligence Committee, said "Bush ignored the advice of 43 retired generals and admirals and 18 national security experts, including former secretaries of state and national security advisers, who supported the bill." I'm not the "sharpest tool in the shed", it appears to me that Bush realizes how much his policies and administration "screwed" (I cant say fucked up our country-according to myspace) up our country. By signing the torture bill he would admit defeat by the democrats in an election year, like the republicans stand a chance to stay in power after King Bush's reign anyway. Why do you think that the republican front-runner John McCain is notorious for going against the party line. 43 retired generals and admirals, and 18 security experts told him to sign the bill. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said" the nation's ability to lead the world depends on its morality, not military might." The House speaker seems to think that we are in charge of the entire world? Wasn't it Pelosi who said that A democratic House would have our troops out of Iraq in a year? People; WHO ARE WE ELECTING? Are we that stupid to believe every thing that they tell us? Or are going to make our decision based on color, sex, or political party? Who knows until its too late. Historians generally agree that history repeats itself. The cyclical nature of history tends to give us a keene sense of what's to come. Shall we ostracize George Bush, should we re-name Baghdad Constantinople, Clintonaople, or Obamanople. When are those barbarian Canadians going to invade the United States? Only time will tell. rs

Bush vetoes bill banning waterboardingWASHINGTON (AP) -- President Bush said Saturday he vetoed legislation that would ban the CIA from using harsh interrogation methods such as waterboarding to break suspected terrorists because it would end practices that have prevented attacks. "We created alternative procedures to question the most dangerous al Qaeda operatives, particularly those who might have knowledge of attacks planned on our homeland," Bush said. "If we were to shut down this program and restrict the CIA to methods in the field manual, we could lose vital information from senior al Qaeda terrorists, and that could cost American lives." Who cares whether or not we waterboard al Qaeda operatives to get information? I sure don't. These people are not going to be rehabilitated, their mission in life is to kill as many innocent people that they can in the name of their own twisted and perverted idealism. What I do care about is the attention that the media has given this issue and the ramifications of this vetoed bill. Because of all of the attention, watereboarding has a chance of becoming a legally sanctioned practice by law-enforcement officials in order to obtain information on criminal cases. That means you or I may be subject to waterboarding. Our efficient Congress and Senate who cannot get anything done, has answered to the media-generated, public out-cry against waterboarding. If the media left this issue alone, there would not be an anti-waterboarding bill to be vetoed. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!. Now- instead the waterboarding left to the Military and CIA, now we may have FBI & Local police waterboarding. The American mentality is "well? If CNN saysit, It must be true." That's how stupid we have become. Remember the Fall of the Roman Empire, rs

This email was sent to me on Christmas day. I was compelled to respond to it:
"It's neat to see all Fox News people use the MC words. They're the only one too wish everybody a Merry Christmas, seems Bill O'Reilly started it and made a campaign out of it.. A clerk at Wal-Mart looked from side to side then at me and used the MC words."
I hate to disagree, but in my opinion; if Bill O'Reilly and Ann Coulter were to marry they would have Hitler Youth for their offspring. The two make a living of promoting their hatred and impertinence. To offer "Happy Holidays" to someone is to graciously wish someone goodwill during the holiday season (except a Jehovah's Witnesses), politely. My experience, living in the city, and driving in New Jersey, courtesy has become a lost social behavior.
It makes no difference if someone wishes me "Happy Holidays" or "Merry Christmas" .The intention of the utterance is to wish me goodwill and they are practicing courtesy with the intention of which I do not experience too often. A clerk in a Wal-Mart is exposed to many kinds of people (accept the Chinese) so they are more likely to offer or trained to offer "Happy Holidays". In the United States, 83% of the population practice Christianity in some form or other, 8% are not religious at all, 7% practice miscellaneous religions such as Buddhism, Islam or other religions, and the remaining 2% are Jewish. For the Christians to impose their religious beliefs on the 17% of non-Christian people is against what America is all about. Therefore, the practice of wishing someone "Happy Holidays", has evolved into an accepted social behavior practiced by Christians and non-Christians alike.
When a Christian wishes another Christian "Happy Holidays" the idea of "Merry Christmas" is assumed.
When a Christian offers "Happy Holidays" it is assumed that the Christian is not sure what religious affiliation the individual may have. So the idea of goodwill is offered by the use of "Happy Holidays", which is the Christian way. Is it not?
