'Kunst-im-tresor' May 8th and 9th in Munich, a show co-curated by Intoxicated-Demons Gallery, Berlin and Galleri JEN|ZEN in Aalborg City, Denmark featuring a grip of international artists in an abandoned bank vault. This is the first stop of a traveling show that will also end up at Galleri JEN|ZEN. I'm stoked to be part of this show, and REALLY happy to be finally showing alongside my old pal Meredith Dittmar!

Wish I could go, but the recent trip to Europe tapped me out for a bit on time off from work and that little thing the kids call cash.

Should be fairly badass though, if you are in either locale please stop by and support this insane roster of talent.

Travel rocks. You meet new people, spend time with old friends, see great places and eat foods that make you wonder how you lived your life without them. My recent trip back to Berlin & Prague was no exception. Marco at Intoxicated Demons Gallery in Berlin held it down for all the artists at the gallery opening (once again!!) and a killer time was had by all. I seem to learn that a lot of other heads that make stuff are intimately familiar with the works of James Yancey and Otis Jackson, Jr., late nights and--ahem--extracurricular activities. Always good to meet like minded folks.

Morten was funny as hell, Aro and Pia were great to see again, Woeski is a huge talent and does great with like, 40 people watching him paint, and Bumble Bee dropped some sick beats that I need to get my hands on.

New work from ARO, Morten Andersen and I will be up in March at the amazing Intoxicated Demons Gallery, Kreuzberg, Berlin. The crew will be in full effect, no doubt downing beers and battling sleep-deprivation. If you are in Germany around the 13th, don't miss the opening. Hello.

So, I totally missed out on attending what looks like a killer show. Morten, ARO The KELD and the folks at Atticus were holding it down in Barcelona. It looks like the fellas had a great time and that Tina and Carlos were plying them with drinks and good times.

I was sad to have missed it, but am really glad my homies repped my work for me and represented the crew. Check out Morten's Blog for the pics.

Morten Andersen, ARO and I will be part of another European group-show. . . this time in the great city of Barcelona. Added to the lineup is my man The KELD, a homie of Morten's and a super talented illustrator.

Our friend Tina Ziegler has recently become the curator for the newly opened Atticus Gallery and extended the opportunity for us to reunite. I STILL (!) don't know yet whether or not I'll be able to attend, but I'm hoping to.

Hello.

I've been asked to participate in a custom toy-themed, groupshow in Denver at Plastic Chapel on the 13th of September. The guys at Joyengine / Cypher13 hooked up some custom toys for the crew to use as a canvas for the show, check the details here.

The lineup looks amazing, and everything the JE / C13 crew hook up seems to be off the chain. Plastic Chapel doesn't slouch either.

Matt is a killer illustrator and great storyteller. He's running a little story about a parched town, a saloon and some ghouls. It's called The Thirsty Alamo. It is his mind-child roaming free.

Matt was kind enough to do a little art trade with me, and hooked me up with an original pencil panel, which is simply bad-ass.
