Hi there,
It's been quite a while since I've posted a blog enrty so here goes. Currently the band is getting ready to go back into the studio to record another 2 or 3 songs for the EP. We'll be tracking at White Moon Productions in Eugene with Larry Smith turning the knobs. We have also been asked by Ben Ordoñez of Visionarium Productions (Sweater Club - Five More Minutes) to appear on a Eugene area compilation disk. We will be recording the song (to be determined) for that project in January. We continue to play around Corvallis and are working on booking some shows in Eugene, Portland, Corvallis and Albany for the new year. Keep an eye out for us and drop by a show if you can. The band keeps getting better and better!
Cheers,
Evan

First of all I would like to pat myself on the back for graduating from college. The last four years were a blast and I look forward to the future, whatever it holds. We were working in the studio over the course of the last term and recorded a few good tracks. On Static we had a somewhat all-star cast. In addition to the normal Charlie and Al, we had Aubrey Peterson from Divine grace us with her beautiful vocie, Curtis Monette of The Hounds and Stairway Denied rip it up on guitar and Alex Moffat hold it down solid as a rock on the drum kit. Alex also played on Caffeine as well. I think that I will probably be taking a break from performing Break As We Fall for the summer aside from a couple open mics. The majority of the summer I will be touring with Sweater Club. Check out our tour schedule on myspace and if you can make it to one of the shows that would be amazing.
Peace, Evan

So as a product of the last bout in the recording studio we got The Beauty Seen in the Dark which I hope to be the title track a 6 song EP that I will hopefully have together before this summer. I know I keep pushing the date further and further out but it takes a long time to produce a well recorded, mixed, mastered, etc. song. Anyhow, I hope you all like this one. By the way, Dan Grossen was the engineer/producer on this project. Evan

We are heading into the studio this week to start laying down some rhythm tracks. At this point we are planning on doing 6 songs, but we shall see how things go, maybe more maybe less. I would reckon that we will have the final product out by early April but don't quote me on that. Anyhow, thanks for everyone who comes to the shows, we have few more coming up.
Peace,
Evan
