Our newest release is a split 12" Vinyl ep coming out through Custom Made Music in September. The record will feature three brand new tracks off of our upcoming full length album and an exclusive unreleased track from the Fire in The Sky Sessions.

Custom Made Music will be releasing the Vinyl on September 18th, 2009 and will be available in time for the Clean Air Clear Stars Festival show held in Pioneertown (www.cleanairclearstars.com). The Vinyl will also feature an ep by Black Nite Crash, the Seattle based noise rock band who recently recorded 2 new songs in our studio.

The ep will become available through iTunes and all other major digital distributors as well followed by the release of our new full length album in January.

As we gather steam for 09' you can expect our new album to arrive in the Summer! While our last release HIGH ON DESIRE was a kind of Shoegaze-Disco-Porno record, you'll find this album to revel in a mix of darker themes mixed with tracks characteristic of our evolution as a band - sometimes leaning toward upbeat indie rock and sometimes pushing out a wall of sound that creates a sonic blissed out world of guitar and melody... All Hail the Dandy Warhols

We arrived last Tuesday morning in Portland to meet up with our Portland family of friends stopping 1st at our gracious friend and fellow rocker Tony's house (Of Go Fever). After sleeping all of 2 hours on his floor we headed off for the Dandy Warhols studio, the Odditorium, for an unbelievably fun recording session. Peter, Courtney, Zia and Brent along with their friends, sound crew and video crew made us feel right at home (We all ate fish tacos together - Thanks Mattress!). The Dandy's have been filming and recording music for a documentary that involves a great cast of performers with the purpose upon its' completion to raise money for purchasing land that will be held as a permanent land reserve.

Among the performers are - J Mascis, The Ravonettes, The Black Angels, Vietnam and many others so we were honored to be a part of it! The performers basically track live and then all the bands to follow then add additional tracks to the songs that they started. All the while the process is filmed. Kinda scary cause I never sing tracks with an audience watching or filming me ! I played bass on 2 songs, guitar on one and vocals on one track that was started by the Ravonettes. Bobby recorded Bass and guitar and Matt recorded guitar and some vocals and Joel recorded drums on several tracks.

I'm not sure when the project will be completed, but we will certainly let you all know when it is.
