Hey everyone,
For the past couple of months we've been hard at work with the recording all our songs, but sometimes life gets in the way of things. We had some unexpected circumstances that has arrisen and we are trying to take care of that in order for us to get back on to recording. As much as we want to finish these songs, this new situation calls for our attention and we need to take care of it first. Some luck we are having huh?. We just need sometime to pull through with whats going on. Thanks all for all the comments and support keep them coming. we need alot more!

We have been working really hard with everything we do and it's been taking a lot of time to remaster our first album "There's Something Warm" to get the best sound and quality we can without losing the feeling in each one of our songs. We have also been working really hard on our second album with brand new songs for everyone to enjoy. We are very happy that everyone who has stuck by us was there even through silent conversations to fights in the garage. Thank you and keep sticking with us. Just remember we didn't forget you. To the people we said that would get our first album were sorry that you haven't received it. We are a very poor band and we do everything our self's (recording, writing, promoting, mixing, videos, websites, etc.) and it get's very hard to do when we also work our day jobs. But we love what we do and will never give up. Were also thankful for the friends who have been supporting us from day 1 and now will join side by side with all the new friends who took the time to support a DIY band. Enjoy our music. There's more to come. Will keep in touch and thanks for staying in touch with us.

Hey Everyone,
It's been awhile since we've actually been out of shells and actually spoken up about our progress or about what has been going on with us. We just wanted to reconnect with everyone and give you all the scoop with whats been going on. Since the last time we've written a blog or a bulletin post, alot has been going happening. Since then we've lost track of time and had our train of creativity derailed for a brief moment. We had some horrific events happened to us during these past few months with one with our close friend's death that we haven't been able to catch our breathes because at times it seem like if it just happened yesterday. Well know its June and summer is closing in on us. We've got our tools sharpened again and read for some work.
Our eyes have opened up so much since these past events, that it question alot of our own ambitions and our standing with everything. We have evaluated where we are at right now and deciding its time to get things together and start moving this train back on its proper track. So far as of right now, we've gotten 20 new songs written and we just going through all of them to see which songs to keep, which songs to work on some more and which songs to put back in the drawing board. We've also are in the works with re-releasing our first album "There's Something Warm" but this time we are getting it mass reproduction of that album. As soon as we get those back from the presses we'll post it up again and of course like we've always had it it will always be Free of Charge.
We are also in discussions with a music video. Still haven't decided which songs to make video's for but if you all have any suggestions you can forward them to us and we'll take it under consideration.
We've been down for awhile now, couping with the recent events that has left us on our knees but we slowly starting to get back on our feet. We are just merely taking baby steps and we need your support as well to get us back to where we used to be at! Please keep in touch with us, show us some love, tell your friends, tell us, tell anyone about us.
"we maybe down, but we'll never be out!"
thanks everyone for all the support we hope you continue to follow us and with your support and motivation we'll be able to bring you more of Anything After!

Hey All,
We know its been awhile since you've heard from us. We've been extremely busy and extremely confidential about things that we've been up to. As much as we hold it in, the more we want to say something. Currently, we have been working on new material. We so far have created 12 songs..still in its early stages but we are hoping we can put together some sort of video teaser of all our practices and jam sessions and post it up for you to get a taste of what's to come. We are shooting for a 17 album, but that still theory right now and anything can change. We don't know when we will be debuting because we are taking our time with the song creation.
We also don't have any scheduled shows because we want to focus on making this CD to its best. We are experimenting with everything we got and making it our own.
As soon as we get the chance, we will be bringing to you some new things to the anything after world
-Blog -photo journal -mailing list -website (still working on it)
that still in the process of being started since got the music to worry about. Please keep in touch. leave us some comments, drop us a message. tell us how much you love us. We like to read mail and respond! so us how much you care and drop by to say hi! :]

thank so much for the support and we hope you all contiune supporting us
until next time.
-Brian, Jason and Brad

Hello everyone I know it has been awhile since we last gave you all an update on what we are doing and what has been going on with us. You guys deserve to be informed with everything that is going on. Well here it goes… First up for business is the release of our Debut Album, There's Something Warm. We've been hard at work trying to get this out to you for months now and we decided to do everything ourselves because we couldn't wait any longer. We are duplicating, printing and pressing everything ourselves and with this heat, we feel like we are in a sweat shop because it's so hot in our room! Be on the look out for it within the week! Since I'm the only one that knows html code and knows how to use dreamweaver and flash, I've finally got around to working on the website. It's almost done. Seriously it's almost done. The only reason why I've taken this long to make it is because we've been so busy with a lot of stuff and that at times I'd put it off to the side and work on it for a few hours on my spare time. I don't want to give a specific launch date because then I'd jinx myself and then be held back some more. So I'll just say this, it's coming very very soon. This whole month of August we are going to be working on new songs. Not recording, just creating new songs. Once we worked out every nook and cranny of it, we'll start recording them. We might even debut one or two songs, just a big maybe, at our next show September, which is September 29th at the Relax Bar in Hollywood. All ages 5pm doors open and its 7 dollars at the door. Back to the new songs, we so far have about 8 songs already made, but still working them out to their full potential, and we also have another 4 more that are just ideas and waiting to get expanded on! I don't want to leak out to much, but we've been trying out new things with these new songs but still keeping the Anything After touch in there. Hopefully within the coming months we can give u guys a glimpse of what the new songs sound like. Until then, keep on listening and keep on doing what you're doing. -Jason

I know it has been a few weeks since we came back from playing in Las Vegas, but we can't keep this memory to ourselves. I would have to say that this was one of the best learning experiences we as a band have ever been through. This was the first time we've been out of our nature to play an actual show out of Los Angeles, out of California.
We were so pumped to go to Vegas the day before the show that we all couldn't sleep. I remember Brian and I were playing Nintendo Wii all through out the night. We litterly had to force ourselves to sleep..which worked. The next morning we got ready by 9:30am hoping our ride was there. Turns out that our ride was having techincal difficulties. We rented a Van because our van was in no shape for a Vegas trip, i learned my lesson..don't RENT A CAR!!! Any who, our ride didn't show up till 12:30..we were behind schedule majorly! We almost didn't end up going because of alittle fit between Brian, Brad and our Driver. I had to step up to cool things down on all three parties. I wasn't about to let this bring us down. After cooling everyone down, we loaded up everything. We left the house by1. We hit the road running. Seriously gunning our rented Van up to its top speed with out getting caught by cops or getting stop by the Governer. We get there by 4.Yes Seriously..we got there 4pm. Check our selves in to our Hotel and rested for about 3 hours.
We left to the venue to spot a bunch vans and music lovers around the Box office in Las Vegas. We met up with some Familiar faces..Shields and there gang, Lexa and her Friend Lili, and Amy. Shields played before us so they opened up the LA shoegaze scene being as noisy as they usually are. Then we set up and hit the stage. We got our pedals and amps ready and the minute Brian turn on his guitar amp..a Wall of feedback came busting out. That was our cue to rock. we cranked up our guitars and bass and started playing. Lights go down, fog covered us and noise just bouncing off every wall there was in the Venue. During one of our songs, we all looked up to find a massive amount of the crowd just dancing away in the fog. That right there made us bring up our Egos (in a good way) and started rocking more! by the end of our last song..a crowd of people just rush up on stages and started to hug us all and shake our hands! What a night. We stayed around to watch the freak show..and yes it was freaky!
We all went off back to our hotels to eat and party up Anything After Style! the next morning we all packed up and rolled out around 6pm..because we were to tired to make it to the 11am check out. We got in our Van and left Las Vegas with a big scar.
oh but the story doesn't end there. it might be countuined again in July! Be prepared Vegas. Anything After is coming back for some more!

Hey Whats up all, This is our first buzznet post. We just want to invite you all to come and check us out on our website and myspace. We have plenty of videos that you can check out. Basically now that We..'ve realized how powerful blogging is, we decided to use it to it..'s full potentional. Just to let you guys know what we are about, here is some basic things about us! We are a band from Downey, California. We..'ve been together for over 3 years already. We really enjoy what we do. I know many people won..'t like us because we don..'t sound like any of those cookie cutter bands out there, but at longest we have people that dig it, that support our cause, which is to change the world of music, then we..'ll keep on making music the way we want to! We don..'t support Corporate Fascism, Radio Fascism and such. If you don..'t know what Fascism is, it..'s basically someone or something telling you what to do, what you should be like, what you should wear, what..'s in and whats not. These are the kinds of things that influences society to be the way it is. Society is basically trapped in a place where they can..'t explore themselves without Media saying it..'s not hip. We are fighting the good fight to help people not to be influenced by the media. We are trying to show people, not to be afraid of being themselves, unless you enjoy looking like every scenester, and celebrities, then go for it! But just remember, be true to yourself!
