I just came across this and thought it was wonderful. Wanted to pass it on to everyone!

I'd like to introduce you to Jewell. Appropriately named, she's the lady you see on the cover of my CD, "The Person in the Picture Ain't Me." She just turned 101 years old in February. We all love this lady for a number of reasons - her spunk, her stamina, her arm massages, and the list goes on. She's also famous around Brookside for her "Jewellism's." Let me give you an example. A few months ago, I heard Jewell's voice out in the hallway while I was visiting with another one of my favorite residents, Emilou. Not to be ignored, Jewell was calling out for help.
"Jewell, what do you need?" I inquired.
"I need someone to love me."
I hugged her.
"Honey, that's not the kind of lovin' I need," she responded.
"What kind do you need?" I countered.
"I want the kind that shines above all others."
"What kind is that?"
"I don't know. If I did, I'd tell you."
Just recently, I heard a coworker tell Jewell, "I love you very much."
"That's very, very, very thrilling," Jewell responded. "Can I depend on that?"
And, that's just a little piece of Jewell. Gotta love her. . .
