That's right we're BACK motherfucker!

Well we kicked off our being backness with some wicked gigs, one at our beloved Pav, if we could marry a venue and it's crowd we would be walking up the isle with the Pav, it is just astoundingly good! The Hope helped us rock the wonderful pav crowd and an orgasmic time was had by all!

We played the Hertford Marquee the next night, a bit quieter but great sets from Lost without cause and the always stella Paige.

As you may have seen on our bulletins this week we are the featured band on Hertbeat FM's Unearthed show from 9-10 weekdays, check it out on 106.7 FM.

Last night we went into their studio for a chinny wag and to do three totally exclusive live acoustic versions of gig favorites Clap your hands...., Scene better days and This is home which were played last night and one tonight. We'd like to thank Amy and Euan at Hertbeat for making us feel like kings and treating us so well. Check out the show or miss out!

The three acoustic tracks will be available on the Heartbeat FM website to download so we want all of you to go there and sign up and get them freebies!! We'll post a link on our Myspace when they're up.

We have three more gigs this month, the celler bar Cambridge on the 13th July, the Buntingford Community centre on the 14th (Watch out for Chris's side project Futureboy supporting) and the Amazing Portland Arms gig on the 28th. I can't tell you enough how good this gig is going to be as not only will we by aiming to take the roof off but we are joined in this endevour by the astounding Swound and World on fire. Two of our favorite bands we love, admire and respect in equal measure. 

Finally for all of you astute and lovely people who have asked us where they can get copies of gig favorites Clap your hands... and Scene better days good news!

From 30th July, for 1 month only they will be on the myspace page and available for download so don't miss out!!!

Al in all we're back and better than ever, we also have three new songs in various stages of composition which you'll LOVE, one of which is nearing gig readiness called Let the boy try!

We stil want to spread the word of MATW so if you love us please tell everyone you know and get them to add us and love us. We really appreciate all of you that have done this already and love you for it.

Just a quick note to let the one of you that reads this, Hi Mum! know that on Saturday we put all of our combined ROCK power along with Tom 'Funky Photography' Swaine (Spelling phonetically!!)'s photographic prowess to get some WICKED promo shots!

When we decide the ones that make us look the least stomach churning we'll put them up in the pics section of the page!

Playing in Harlow Square Rock contest.

Playing at the Junction in Cambridge in March.

We will be releasing 6 song to iTunes including all our Myspace songs AND the two new exclusive tracks.

Our album is STILL available from Amazon, ebay, Play.com, Tescos.net etc.

We will play as many gigs as possible.

We will still love you in 2007!

If you've been one of the lovely people at one our recent gigs then you may remember we've been playing two spanking new songs.

Well we have just returned from Andy B's studio clutching the fruits of a weekends rocking and have now got them recorded.

These two gems will be available in the future once we've decided what we're going to do with them and i promise you will LOVE them!

Don't forget we are playing the Marquee in Hertford this Saturday with the mighty Paige, World on fire and Darkcide.

welcome true believers... just a couple of things to report !

currently there are 3 videos in the pipeline for various matw tracks.. alex swain of funky photography fame is putting together a lego video for brand new track 'wasteyourtimefallinloveclapyourhandsstampyourfeet'.. and judging by the stills he sent us this is gonna be killer !!

also a video for album track '(your'e such a) pretty thing' is on its way .. with the theme likely to be cross dressing related !!! which im sure youll agree will be well worth waiting for !! =)

and finally chris and neil of the grouch are being total awesome and putting togethere a live footage compilation video for 'cannonade' ... we're dead excited to see the finished results and in good time we'll make them available for your viewing pleasure !!

also .. with our first official release 'i.d.s.t' came a bunch of reviews. some good.. some bad.. but nearly all positive.. the most high profile of the reviews thus far was in kerrang magazine... (or emo smash hits if you prefer) which offered hope for the future but in fairness didnt particularly rate the album... we're certain this will be rectified when the new album (due early next year) will quite literally tear their side partings off !! =) (just joshin emo fans)

weve already recorded 4 tracks towards the new album.. and theyre face melters !!! proper rock !! you can hear and download 2 of them now on our myspace page.. but do it quickly.. theyll only be downloadable until the end of july !!!!
