let me just start with "i'm sorry".

i'm sorry i haven't posted a new blog in AGES. please forgive me! it doesn't mean i don't love u all! i've just been super busy but i'm prepared to give u allllll the juicy details!

we're in the FINAL FINAL stretch of the new album (we can't wait to get it on shelves, but not til its PERFECT!) i really hope its something that you'll all love, its been so much fun to work on this project and i've learned a whole lot! you can expect to hear the same kind of classics that i love and a whole lot of new stuff you just might even like better!

there's some NEW tv stuff in the works, plus, 'still standing' is now immortilized in the world of re-runs (check yo local listin's)

hope you've all had an excellent summer and i really hope to see u at an upcoming tour date (check back soon for more info!)

it seems every time that i find time to write my blogs is in my dressing room in LA. there's been so much going on lately, filming, working on the new album, photoshoots and the like, there's hardly time to breathe. (plus i haven't started any of my christmas shopping yet) tonight after i get off work at the show, i'm playing the wilshire theater with chris botti (the most amazing trumpet player alive right now, i've decided) and a bunch of 'special guests' like sting and michael buble. should be fun, wish me luck! a x and an o. hello there lovers: i'm writing you from los angeles, california after just having a big meeting with the record label. it seems that the new album is almost done and therefore we must now consider all the photo shoots, cover-art and what-not now, so there's lots to discuss... i go back to the show tomorrow (season 4 will be on cbs wendesday nights, check it out) should be lovely. xoxopeace renee
