Friends all over the Globe,

I have posted two new songs on my page: 

Blue mood- a song about longing for someone. It has an Autumn kind of feel to it, inspired by the rhythm and sounds of nature. 

Get home- a song where I express my huge love for music by flirting with old blues and soul. The music arrangement is kind of crazy and wildly creative, flavored by the skills of the great musicians that I have been fortunate enough to work with . The song lyrics is delivered as a storytelling, but the real message of the song lyrics is based on my yogic life philosophy.

Dear Friends,

There is a wise yogic quote saying: "The mind is given to you, you are not given to the mind". Too often we get  trapped in our own heads, spinning thoughts of wishes and worries keep us constantly occupied. We run around to find solutions, while the answer is often right in front of us... Creativity is a gift. It will not run away from you, it is always there. If you feel that it is gone it is probably You that has run away from it! Stop and listen for a while and you will soon hear it whisper again...


It has been a while since I gave you any updates. My answer and need was to take a timeout of silence and rest this summer to fill up my sources again. The album release in planned later on this Autumn, and I want to feel ready to give 100%. I can not believe that I am finally standing on the doorstep to the fulfilling of what has been a dream for so long!  I have worked so hard, together with my music partner Aleks, with the making of this album. What a journey! I am so grateful to everyone that has made this possible, thank you all!

I do not know where this will take me in the end. I can not change what has come before and I can not control the future. So I focus on doing the best of right now, to create optimal conditions for a great tomorrow.... hope you will join me.

Creative friends,

Hope your all meeting May with inspiration and hope, trusting your talent and that the realization of your vision and dreams are possible!

I am writing my last essay in Psychology to take my final exam at University this semester. So I have been overloaded with both studies and work. What was I thinking!? I am stubborn and ambitious, but I am not Superwoman! I believe everything is possible if you put your heart and mind into it. But if your heart and mind is scattered... then it is a struggle!

Music is my source to energy, insights, perspective, happiness and love. Thank you all for reminding me of that. As a gift from me to you I have put up a sample of a new song for you to listen to, called Feel Safe. The song is about the fear and doubts that is closely connected with the longing for loving someone.. again. Love is the most wonderful thing, but if you have failed and experienced the hurt and know about the risks- how do you find the courage to jump from that cliff again? 
The talented male singer that is doing the duet with me, is the norwegian rock artist D lay. To hear more of his musical work visit my top friend Sloth Studios.

Hi wonderful musicians, friends and fans!

Grateful for the inspiration you are ALL giving me through your musical expression here on myspace. Wow, there is so much beautiful music out there still to be discovered! The courage and dedication you show to follow your dreams and stay true to your beliefs, is encouraging me as well to proudly keep on going and trust my heart. I want you to know that the love and kind words you share on my page is deeply appreciated! It is not always an easy ride to walk your own way in this business and put trust in not knowing about the outcomes of your hard work. But my true love for music and the appreciation from you makes it all worth it! So THANK YOU!

The recordings for the up-coming album, "INNER CHILD, the WISE & ME vol.1", is now finished! It will include 12 tracks. There is still some mixing left to do and an intro that is still in progress, but we are getting closer and closer to our goal now. Can not hardly wait to share the next single with you all!

I am really looking forward to enter the stage again next Saturday, on the 7th of Mars. There is a festival held in Karlstad, Sweden, to celebrate the International Women s Day and I have been invited to share my musical expression to honor all the great women in the world (and the men who are supporting them!). I am doing an acoustic live performance with my music partner, Aleks, on guitar and our good friend, Petter Brorson, on percussion. If you are nearby, I will be happy to see you there! Welcome!

I received so many loving greetings during the christmas/new year holidays! I am filled with gratitude for your friendship and support, it makes a difference, so thank you! ♥

I have put up some new pictures from the fantastic, joyful & challenging recording- and producing process. Want to share some of this memorable moments with you all.
