sooo if yall havent heard, im back in peru. for good. putting my life back together, finding a new job (anyone know about a good job?), fixing my living arrangements, etc. im pretty optimistic though. i feel refreshed and have a smile on my face for the most part. theres a lot of stress, but im dealing and have a ton of great friends to help me out! heres to new opportunities!!

Well, I'm down in Texas now. Finally I  got a functional phone down here. Thank goodness! I miss everyone up there sooo much!
Things here are "different". It may take some getting used to. Hope the homesickness subsides.
I have taken a position as the Wellness Director at a local assisted living facility. I'm very excited to begin next week. I'm enjoying the lakehouse and the beautiful weather. The bugs on the other hand... 2 HUGE bug bites on my side. like 2 inches in diameter!! gross! People drive crazy down here. I don't know my way around here for crap! I'm trying to pick up the accent quickly and make the most out of everything.

Just wanted to let everyone know that i will in fact, some time in early October, be leaving to move to Texas. Bittersweet Leaving/ Birthday Party details soon to follow.

just when i think it cant get worse, it does.

my luck has officially went down the shitter! after the incident at the bowling alley followed by several other incidents that evening, i didnt think things could get much worse. wrong!
for everyone that has yet to hear, my new car. WRECKED! yep! hit ice on the way to work, spun out, took out a couple poles, messed up the car from front to back, and landed in the yard of some big wig of my car insurance company! what luck!
surprisingly i didnt lose my job because i was late to work. i wasnt smart enough to get a rental car put on my insurance coverage, so now tex and my friends have become my transportation, til whenever my car is fixed.
idk what i did, possibly during the wreck, but my kidneys are killing me! well really the right one is, the left is fine. and i have a cold.
christmas is coming up and because of the accident and my procrastination, ill be broke tryin to buy gifts.
hopefully nothing else bad happens! i just made my appointment for my surgery! JAN 14 ill have big hooters! cant wait!

i want to thank a few couple good friends of mine that have helped me out these past couple weeks. im seeing things in a new light and i love it! i know what just wont do anymore, and hell with it. im looking forward to lots of new good memories!

i never felt so torn apart in my entire life. i dont know anymore. ack!

OMGoodness! Things seem to be moving soooo slowly in the right direction! I'm finally working, which is a blessing. I'm moving into a new place on my own at the end of this month, thanks to mammaw!!! I'm just ready to get the nasty moving done and over with! It's cold out, I'm dead broke just scraping by, and I'm ready to take my life to the next step. I'm ready to settle down with a good, reliable job that I enjoy (i.e. RN position ....), be self sufficient (I'm doing an ok job so far), and just start doing positive things with my life!!!!
I dont want to be just another "broken" face in this town longing to change my life, when it looks like my options are dwindling. I want to take advantage of the opportunities that lie before me and hope for the best. Failure has never really been an option for me. I cant fail at the things I do. No way around it. I'm just ready for some of the pieces to fall into place and for my life to calm down.
With that said, anyone wanna help me move?!!

WOOOOOO!!!! such a relief to finally be done with class! well, nursing class! i have one more final to take for a class i took for the heck of it! but really, im done! ASN! wooohoooo!!! now comes the hard part, the real world. ah! no job as of yet. no idea what im doing with myself. its kinda scary. but, i just wanted to let everyone know, I DID IT!!! COLLEGE GRAD!!!!! it'll be official Saturday, but who cares...

so i just got back yesterday from la! i loved it! i didnt really get to go out n see much, but it was an experience ill never forget! the photo shoot was long, but i think it went really well. everyone down there was amazing!!

end of summer- not quite official, but labor day kind of marks its down slope. i hate to see the sunny days and the warm summer nights fade away. it depresses me. what depresses me more so is that today my phone broke again. go figure. so i got out the reserves and am using the spare. as i was looking through all of the old msgs on it from the last time i used it, i began to think back at what was going on then. april of this year. thats where i wish i could start all over again. i actually had things going in a good direction. i hate to say that i regret things. i tell myself i learn from my mistakes and move forward. truth is, im moving forward, but every once in a while, i stop, look back, and wish i could have stayed where i was. to say it bluntly- it sucks.
