Hey friends,
The Vergers have made their first forey into the world of video. Checkout a live performance of our song Know You Well recorded at Denver's Larimer Lounge. This one is in the video section of our profile. Also, you can see a collection of footage from a couple different shows that has been edited into a video clip. This one is set to segments of a few different songs and it can be viewed right on our profile page.
In other Verger news, we're making plans to start our first professional studio recording and we have more shows on the horizon. Check our page from time to time for updates.
Talk to you all soon and thanks for checking us out!

Friends:
Our friend and now former drummer Tony has moved back to Minnesota to be with his family during some difficult times. We wish him well as he takes care of important family business (and also sees about a girl there).
Tony came into The Vergers' fold during a time when we were building momentum but still missing percussion that rounded out our sound. Tony agreed to practice with us when we had no drummer, fill in for a few shows, then he signed on full time while juggling other bands and projects. Always positive, always willing to play anything, anytime. Tony's chops and consistency allowed The Vergers to move onward musically, and we will always be thankful.
Tony has passed the torch to the Vergers new drummer, Ari, and we will continue to create our sound and bring it to our fans. See you soon.

The Vergers were formed by four current members (Trip, Brad, Dave, Gary) on a gravel floor garage in July 2007 with the idea of forming an 80's Alternative meets Futuristic Band. After jamming many songs by The Cure, Echo and the Bunnymen, and New Order, The Vergers set out and collaborated on a handful of original songs. Now with a permanent drummer (Tony) and the perfect practice studio, The Vergers are entering into a winter recording session which will produce the first LP, to be released in 2008.
