Gaming Experience & Paladins Game Castle join forces

Life is full of change, and one is upon The Gaming Experience. In the coming months The Gaming Experience and Paladins Games Castle will be partnering up to enhance the gaming community as a whole. Over the next few months you will see some changes, but both shops will remain open and will continue to cater to their core product lines while welcoming new events to each shop. You will see new faces, but please rest assured that The Gaming Experience will continue to be the place for all of your Miniatures, Role Playing, and Hobby gaming needs that you have come to know and expect. We
will be happy to answer any questions you might have, so come on in and help us celebrate our 8th year of bringing Bakersfield the best experience in gaming!

NEW FNM PROCEDURES PLEASE READ !!!!

FNM Friday Night Magic Record Turnout - Tournament Registration changes

We have had another record turnout for Friday Night Magic. We had 64 players show up to play!

We would like to thank everyone who turned out and apologize to those who did not get a seat.

We are starting some new procedures for Friday Night Magic that are listed below.

1. We can no longer take phone signups - please show up before 6:00pm at the latest 5:45pm

2. Tournament starts promptly at 6:00pm - With the large turnouts we are running 6 rounds so we need to start promptly

3. When signing up please only sign yourself up, signups on sheet can only be done by person playing.

4. Please limit the amount of bags, boxes etc in store as we have limited space to store items. Before tournament start please place extra items in your vehicles.

5. We are placing a limit on seating. It will be capped at 51 players and will be on a first come first signup basis. Signups start at 5:00pm.

6. If all tournament seating is filled, we will issue you a ticket that will allow you priority seating on the next Friday Night Magic. You will be guaranteed a seat. ***Please note, you will still need to be physically at the store by 5:45 and signed up otherwise your seat will be given to people waiting. The ticket is only good for the NEXT Friday Night Magic and cannot be saved, sold, traded for any other event or other future Friday Night Magic.

7. You can be on a wait list the night of the tournament if we have last minute cancellations before tournament start.

8. If we have drops during the 1st round, if you are on the wait list we can add you to the tournament with a 1st round loss.

9. Please be courteous to your fellow gamers by addressing your hygiene! With so many people breathing the same air, it can get uncomfortable.

Yu Gi Oh Sneak Peak for Crimson Crisis

Saturday February 28th
Registration begins 10:00am

Limited slots available

Entry fee - $25.00 - CASH Only - No store credit
Format is Sealed Deck
You will receive 5 packs of Crimson Crisis to build a minimum 20 card deck
You will receive a dueling card and open duel with 5 different players

Each player must sign the card – when you have your five duels you will receive an additional pack of Crimson Crisis.

Every entrant will receive an exclusive foil
Colossal Fighter/Assault Mode card while supplies last.

In addition – there will be Crimson Crisis deck boxes given out randomly during the day – and possibly other prizes….
Due to limited space – you must be entered into tournament to use table space during the event. Event will close at 2:00pm.
Event rule: No customer to customer buying, with cash or any other currencies; under any circumstances. However, you may trade. Actually this is encouraged, and is one of the main reasons to attend the sneak preview! - The store does buy cards for store credit or cash.

YU GI OH ON CHRISTMAS !!!!

YES FOLKS YOU HEARD IT RIGHT.... SINCE THURSDAYS ARE YU GI OH DAYS WE DID NOT WANT THE YU GI OH PLAYERS TO MISS OUT ON A DAY OF PLAY. THERE WILL BE A BOX TOURNAMENT AT PALADINS GAME CASTLE THURSDAY DECEMBER 25TH AT 1:00 P.M. THIS TOURNAMENT WILL BE HOSTED BY ROGER AND ERIK. THERE WILL BE AN ENTRY FEE OF $25.00 WINNER OF THE TOURNAMENT WILL RECEIVE A FULL BOX OF CROSSROADS. MUST HAVE A MIN OF 8 PLAYERS TO RUN THE TOURNAMENT. OTHER PRIZES WILL ALSO BE AWARDED AS WELL DEPENDING ON THE AMOUNT OF ENTRIES INTO THE TOURNAMENT.
