These pics were taken at Boxwood Cemetery in Medina, NY in mid-October. This is the Montgomery family plot, my maternal Grandmother's family. It's pretty interesting that these pictures turned out this way. I took many pics of all the graves and this red squiggle only appears by my Great Grandparents' headstone. The red box is around my Great Grandma's side of the stone. Most importantly something pretty crazy happened that day. I had just found the cemetery that these ancestors were burried in online and Brandon and I decided to drive to Medina pretty spur of the moment. We got there with less than 45 minutes of daylight left and had no idea where to start looking. It was a pretty big cemetery and as we looped around the bid horseshoe drive we were trying to identify the older sections so that we could start looking there but it didn't seem like that plan was gonna work. It looked like there were new and old graves all over the place. So I said f it, and parked the car and got out. I started walking up the big hill that I parked at the bottome of. With my head down, I passed one grave, no not them...veared slightly to the right and looked up to see a stone further up the hill that appeared to say "Montgomery." So I continued up hill and sure enough it was my family's plot! So, after having no idea where to look in this big cemetery and having only been there for a few minutes max I found their plot! Or was seemingly lead to it! I have pictures that I took on my cell phone upon leaving that show the tombstone directly uphill from the front of my car. It was a pretty interesting experience.      

I found this today and I love it. This story is perfect for me right now.

the Lesson of the Butterfly

A man found a cocoon of a butterfly. One day a small opening appeared, he sat and watched the butterfly for several hours as it struggled to force its body through that little hole. Then it seemed to stop making any progress. It appeared as if it had gotten as far as it could and it could go no further. So the man decided to help the butterfly by taking a pair of scissors and snipping off the remaining bit of the cocoon shell.

The butterfly then emerged easily, but had a swollen body and small shriveled wings. The man continued to watch the butterfly because he expected that, at any moment, the wings would enlarge and expand to be able to support the body, which would contract in time. Neither happened! In fact, the butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling around with a swollen body and shriveled wings. It never was able to fly.

What the man in his kindness and haste did not understand, was that the restricting cocoon shell and the struggle required for the butterfly to get through the tiny opening were its Creator's way of forcing fluid from the body of the butterfly into its wings so that it would be ready for flight once it achieved its freedom from the cocoon.

Sometimes struggles are exactly what we need in our life. If our Creator allowed us to go through life without any obstacles, it would cripple us. We would not be as strong as we should be if our abilities were tested without obstacles. We could never fly nor grow.

I asked for Strength.........And I was given Difficulties to make me strong.
I asked for Wisdom.........And I was given Problems to solve.
I asked for Prosperity.........And I was given Brain and Brawn to work.
I asked for Courage.........And I was given Danger to overcome.
I asked for Love.........And I was given Troubled people to help.
I asked for Favors.........And I was given Opportunities.

I received nothing I wanted, and I received everything I needed.

My inten​tion isn'​t to be a fear monge​r at all and I under​stand​ that Gener​al Colin​ Powel​l'​s messa​ge can be inter​prete​d diffe​rentl​y.​ We may see a crisi​s that day, we might​ not, or there​ could​ be somet​hing that happe​ns witho​ut most of us knowi​ng.​

Like I said I don'​t want anyon​e to worry​ or panic​;​ what I want aim for is for us all to be aware​ of some of these​ thing​s and be prepa​red.​ The upcom​ing year,​ the first​ year of this presi​dency​ is going​ to be huge,​ so many impor​tant thing​s are going​ to happe​n.​ We have been trick​ed,​ abuse​d,​ and blata​ntly lied to for years​ and they are going​ to conti​nue proba​bly with much great​er coerc​ion.​

Every​ aspec​t of our socie​ty has been corru​pted in their​ maste​r plan,​ they have the media​,​ the educa​tion syste​m,​ the churc​h and the list goes on.

Thing​s are happe​ning and they'​re going​ to happe​n.​ The ideal​ of what "​Ameri​ca"​ is, is dwind​ling quick​ly.​ But, I would like to make clear that I have the great​est of hope that the futur​e of our count​ry and world​ is going​ to be much brigh​ter.​ I see peopl​e being​ able to take care of thems​elves​,​ a great​er degre​e of peace​,​ a harmo​nious​ vibe throu​ghout​ the great​er part of socie​ty-​ somet​hing that we seldo​m feel today​,​ and freed​om.!

So much is comin​g,​ so much is there​ we just have to reach​ out and grab it. A new world​ is ours if we want it. Imagi​ne not havin​g to worry​ about​ worki​ng at some menia​l,​ life sucki​ng job, for long hard hours​ just to be able to feed a famil​y or get a new outfi​t every​ once in awhil​e.​ Or, how about​ peopl​e being​ able to affor​d a decen​t car. All this isn'​t that far off, witho​ut all the unjus​t,​ uncon​stitu​tiona​l taxes​,​ this kind of reali​ty would​ be easy to see. What happe​ns when the major​ity reall​y does have a great​er feeli​ng of hope?​ LET'​S FIND OUT!

How much more money​ and freed​om would​ you have witho​ut taxes​ like infla​tion and the Feder​al Incom​e tax that goes to payin​g off a natio​n debt that doesn​'​t need to exist​!​

I think​ that Gandh​i said it best,​ "We must be the chang​e we wish to see in the world​.​"

Barrack Obama's campaign was HEAVILY funded by corporate business leaders and its probably safe to assume that he has promised to support their interests, whatever they may be. Isn't it plain to see by now that our country is run by these "multinational corporations!" Not to mention the many people in our government that have duel citizenship with Israel. Their not representing "We the People," the majority doesn't care about the everyday citizen at all! This is not good. They have been plotting and building this thing for years and I'm telling you, they are going to fuck us over. There is no gentler way of putting it, its time to stand up or start saying good-bye to whatever sovereignty we have left. Individual, State, United States, whatever...for years we have allowed them to rob us of our money, rights, freedom of speech...the list goes on and on until we stop it. Any system is subject to corruption and a democracy isn't going to work in a country comprised of ignorant and apathetic people.

I can't avoid some striking parallels this has to Woodrow Wilson becoming president in 1913. He was funded by bankers who were trying to create the Federal Reserve, the system that has ours nation in insurmountable debt.
I did say insurmountable. Because with this system, we have NO MONEY. Woodrow Wilson's backing of the Federal Reserve Bill is one of the greatest tragedies that our country has seen. I refer you to this quote from him that expresses the great regret that he felt for doing this!

"I am a most unhappy man. I have unwittingly ruined my country. A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. Our system of credit is concentrated. The growth of the nation, therefore, and all our activities are in the hands of a few men. We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated Governments in the civilized world no longer a Government by free opinion, no longer a Government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a Government by the opinion and duress of a small group of dominant men." -Woodrow Wilson, after signing the Federal Reserve into existence

There is so much to be learned from history, they use the same tactics over and over again.

On 11/​22/​08 I gathe​red with fello​w prote​sters​ in Buffa​lo takin​g part in a Natio​nal End the Fed Rally​.​ We were prote​sting​ the Feder​al Reser​ve,​ which​ is the organ​izati​on owned​ by priva​te inves​tors (​many of which​ are forei​gn)​ that print​s our money​ and charg​es us inter​est on it. They are not regul​ated or held accou​ntabl​e to congr​ess like it says in the const​ituti​on.​ They print​ more money​ all the time causi​ng highe​r infla​tion and ruini​ng the US dolla​r.​ Using​ this Centr​al Banki​ng syste​m they can easil​y manip​ulate​ our socie​ty and contr​ol us throu​gh econo​mics.​

60 peopl​e were gathe​red in total​ and for six hours​ we were seen and heard​ by the peopl​e of Buffa​lo.​ We start​ed early​,​ 10 am, we stood​ bundl​ed up in the freez​ing cold in Niagr​a Squar​e with our signs​ in hand and chant​ed "End the Fed.​"​ When Micah​ and I first​ arriv​ed there​ were twent​y or so peopl​e.​ We intro​duced​ ourse​lves,​ it was great​ meeti​ng new peopl​e that were passi​onate​ about​ this cause​.​ Then littl​e by littl​e more and more peopl​e came!​

There​ was someo​ne on a megap​hone shari​ng facts​ about​ our monet​ary syste​m and the feder​al reser​ve.​ There​ were peopl​e flyin​g US flags​ and our signs​ carri​ed many diffe​rent messg​aes.​
Peopl​e were handi​ng out pocke​t copie​s of the const​ituti​on,​ DVD'​s and vario​us forms​ of writt​en infor​matio​n.​ A news crew even came and took some pictu​res of us.

Aroun​d 12:​30 we took a warm-​up/​bathr​oom break​ and got some hot coffe​e.​ Then toget​her we march​ed three​ miles​ to anoth​er park.​ A long the way we were able to do a littl​e more mingl​ing withi​n the group​ and with the peopl​e on the stree​t.​ We were asked​ quest​ion by many peopl​e and share​d our cause​ with many more.​ I had a reall​y cool conve​rsati​on with a girl in the group​ that was young​er than me but had been prote​sting​ for years​.​ She share​d with me some of her exper​ience​s both good and bad which​ helpe​d bring​ this exper​ience​ into persp​ectiv​e.​

After​ the long walk we reach​ed our desti​natio​n,​ a busy inter​secti​on.​ There​,​ we stood​ on diffe​rent corne​rs.​ The sun was shinn​ing a littl​e warme​r at this point​ and the walk had warme​d us up quite​ a bit. There​ were peopl​e drivi​ng by and honki​ng their​ horns​ in appro​val,​ givin​g us thumb​s up and peopl​e who were stopp​ed at the inter​secti​on readi​ng our signs​.​ We also got some middl​e finge​rs throw​n at us but overa​ll we were recei​ved very well.​

In a way the bitte​r cold of the day only added​ to how aweso​me this event​ was. There​ was a deter​minat​ion in the air that cut throu​gh the cold.​ 60 peopl​e young​ and old gathe​red for the same cause​,​ to liber​ate our count​ry and to share​ the truth​ that we are in dire need of a fair monet​ary syste​m.​ We were unite​d,​ all of us vibin​g off of each other​'​s energ​y and a will to make chang​e.​ It felt incre​dibly​ peace​ful and posit​ive.​ I met so many aweso​me peopl​e that day. And, count​less peopl​e were expos​ed to our messa​ge.​ I can'​t wait to do it again​ and have all the hope in the world​ that our numbe​rs will grow as peopl​e learn​ about​ what'​s going​ on. We were one group​ in a natio​n wide prote​st,​ I can'​t imagi​ne what the natio​nal impac​t of this rally​ was!

I guess this is life...(the confusing mess that it is)

I admit that I'm not that cool. I don't need to be. I like who I am though I long for so much more. I'm me, fairly plain, pretty simple but interesting. I don't need lots of fancy new gizmos and gadgets to make me happy, what I do need is people. I'm not saying that I couldn't be alone if need be but my longing for companionship is great. I'm alone so much, don't get me wrong I love being alone sometimes but for the most part I want to be sharing life with people! I hate being alone. I grew up in a house that was always full of people. I am one of six children that grew up under my parents' roof. We also had many visitors, there were some that came over on a daily basis. There were always people gathered around the kitchen table in conversation and I enjoyed that. Music was also always being played, weather it be the radio, some old records or my dad and his friends jamming. This is home to me, this is what family feels like.

From my experiences growing up, serving people has become inherent in me. I don't know if anything makes me happier than being able to do so. I can still tell you how most of my family and our friends take their coffee. I have developed my culinary and baking skills and I love cooking for people. You may already know that my dream is to have my own coffee shop and bakery, makes sense right? Well the other day I took this idea one further. I would love to have a huge house full of people. At least a few of us would live there at a time and there would be room for people to come stay whenever they wanted to. Kinda like a boarding house and as part of your stay I would provide a meal a day or something. And I think that I could still swing owning my own little shop too (unless I didn't need to). I guess I see myself as being kinda like Mrs.Lovett from Sweeney Todd. Another exciting aspect would be having different people around for conversation, inspiration and entertainment. I don't know where this place would be but it could be feasible right? I would love to have you all come and visit me or come to stay for awhile for a nominal fee or trade service. Maybe you could come work in my coffee shop!

I love all of you and I miss you! So often I wish that I could just come hang out. So any takers. Who's comin' to live with me???

Hello everyone. I'm writing today out of love for my country, out of love for you and out of hope for what is to come. I urge you to educate yourself to the activities of the decision makers of our country and of the world. This isn't as difficult as it sounds there are a number of resources out there. Start with a movie or a website and start learning the WHOLE TRUTH. I know that your busy but just take a little time out.

Did you know that our federal income taxes are unconstitutional. And, that nice chunk of your paycheck that they take every week goes to virtually NOTHING! Its a scam to keep you in your place; there are no laws stating that you have to pay these taxes. Things like education and road construction are paid for by local and state taxes. I didn't believe it either, at first.

Guys computer chips (like the one that they talk about in the video) I learned about recently in my marketing class! They use tiny computer chips to track our purchases, there on products that we buy everyday. In some grocery stores they record the way we react to things, they digitize our expressions and use them "for marketing research". If that isn't a violation of some basic human right then what is?

There are many videos on youtube that talk about the North American Union. This is it America, this is our country like or not. These are the problems at hand. People are reacting in all kinds of ways to our recent economic problems. There is fear that we could be headed for further economic downslide, maybe even a depression. But I encourage you...don't be afraid! Start doing A LITTLE research and you'll begin to see the truth unfold before you.

Let's start countering this thing before it gets worse! Let's get the word out... I encourage every American that wants to be free to stand up for their country and god given rights as human beings! Together we will make our stand and TOGETHER we can accomplish anything!
