             "Kirkwood Dellinger has a sound that will not be pinned down. Always evolving and incorporating more and more genres into their repertoire, this five piece blends indie, psychedelic, pop, folk, and experimental alternative rock for a sound that is reminiscent of The Flaming Lips best albums mixed with a bit of David Bowie. From Tempe, AZ, Elmo Kirkwood has arrived from the Meat Puppets family tree, and formed ahead with Brian Dellinger to develop a sound that is very much their own. The band members have all been known to switch instruments (including xylophone) on a song by song basis, showcasing the young talent of these impressive multi-instrumentalists."

Kirkwood Dellinger is currently sealing a deal with Missouri based DC-Jam Records for the release of our next album which will drop in early fall...

we plan to start recording this summer in california....

so.. we are in the midst of preparing a new e.p.

like our first recorded effort this one was recorded by us with our stuff at home..

this is to ensure that the predetermined noise of most conterporary discs will be

avoided and the sound we want to showcase our art in will be what you get.

also.. this time out b.d. and i (e.k.) will not be the sole musicians on the recorded

material.. our live band as well as some special guests help round out the sound..

so.. soon.. look out for our new e.p.
