The triumphant return of our favourite Polish francophile, l'eau du robinet, picks up the baton where his hugely entertaining debut on Random Flow, Tap Water Drinkers, left off.

Featuring 12 tracks that show off a masterful command of sampling and arrangement, it's a really exciting long player that draws influences (and sounds) from old jazz 45s, hip-hop beats and scratches and some weird and wonderful vocal snippets.

Something to put on, lie down and completely immerse yourself in!

CM released his debut offering, Classic Material Vol. 1, on Random Flow back in January (www.archive.org/details/rfl003) and it was instantly met with some very positive reviews and comments.

Once again, CM brings forth another album full of true Hip-Hop in its rawest form. This time he's teamed up with Cali's own, Battle Skars, Lord Maitreya, Piztrumentals, Anderson Beats & Phiktion. Returning for the ride are, the one & only A Better Tomorrow & C da Realness.

Featuring hot collabs with RM, RoLow, Xtacee, KI da Gunslinga, Buck & Estogee Streets.

Grab a hold of something & enjoy another ride through CM's cranium as he takes you through Classic Material Vol. 2!

They're from Kharkov, Ukraine and they make the most beautiful, engaging, uplifting, innovative music you're likely to hear this year. A proud boast I know, but I defy you to dislike this small but beautifully formed mini-album.

You'll be enthralled by the vocals, beats...the sheer trip-hoppy folkiness of it all. Definitely a break from the RF norm of abstract and unusual hip hop but still cut from the same internationally-minded cloth.

And you may have problems leaving this album alone - I am hugely excited by it and have been listening to it possibly more than is strictly healthy...

Download it, as ever entirely FOC, at www.archive.org/details/rfl009

After the fun and frolics of Cheese's work on the D3Zs and Phreniq albums, it's time for his brother Pot-C to step up to the mic with this belter of an album.

It's a mixture of beltin' beats, hilarious rhymes and general horseplay and is yours for FREE!

Included in the package are all eight tracks as instrumentals, so you can chuck out your own Random Flows! We'd love to hear them!

The album is available to download HERE!

Big summer lovin' to you all.

A nice bit of news to report - I did an interview with Richard and Gary of Bristol Uncovered for BBC Radio Bristol the other day and it went out on the show in the early hours of Saturday morning.

You can hear it at http://www.bbc.co.uk/bristol/content/articles/2007/04/27/localmusic_feature.shtml for the next week. Just select the "Listen Again" button and choose "Sat" from the Bristol Uncovered option. My dulcet tones appear at around 50 minutes in and they played two Tin Soldier tracks ("So What" and "Elevator Music") and a Phreniq tune ("Fly On The Wall").

OK - another new RF release to tell you about - l'eau du robinet's outstanding debut album, "Tap Water Drinkers".

Based in Poznan, Poland, it's the work of producer Cristopher Pokora, and marks a slightly new direction for Random Flow.

Drawing influences from English label Ninjatune, and including a really nice mix of nu-jazz, chill-out and trip-hop, it's definitely a great late-night album that will certainly bend your mind in surprising directions.

It's available FREE to download HERE!

Big thanks to the good people (person?) of German podcast/supersite Machtdose, who featured S Master & Esco’s "5th Maze" and D3Zs’ "Childhood Memories" on their April 2008 podcast.
