Hi everyone!

Those of you who follow us on Twitter (handle: creeveycrisis) know that we're selling all of our CDs at a discount through the end of next month! AND.... we're selling off our remaining t-shirts too. There's only about 20 of those left at this point, so once they're gone.... they're GONE!!

Right now, all of our CDs have been marked down and there are also 2 awesome packages available - ALL THREE CDs for $22, or you can add in a t-shirt for just $10 more. And that's with shipping included!

http://www.creeveycrisis.com/music.html
is the place to go for all the info!

If you have any questions, please let us know. If there's anything we can do to help you get your hands on our merch.... we will.

Well, within reason of course

(Cross posted from FaceBook, if you read it there, it's the same thing here )

So I had this big long note started, then I realized I could condense my Wrockstock thoughts pretty easily in a bulleted list. So here it is.

-Diagon Alley kicks ass, and knows how to party.
-CAN WE GIVE THE DRUMMER SOME? Stacy and John put on one of the best performances ever.
-I felt like I was at home, telling kids not to shove their hotdogs into their mouths all at once :-)
-Jarrod's energy onstage is incredible
-I am apparently destined to never see JFF with a full band. This really bothers me.
-The Blibbering Humdingers had way too much energy for 9am on a Sunday, but it was all good.
-Seeing someone like Standing In Line reaffirmed my faith in the future of music. If you weren't at the Willow, you missed out.
-Cryssy and Nate are the awesome.
-So are Hammie, Michelle, and all the rest of the staff
-Playing drums for Steph when we tore into "Born to Run" is one of the musical highlights of my entire life.
-The Whomping Willows need to be a 7 piece band EVERY show.
-The crowd's reaction during the screaming contest in "Nagini" literally blew me away
-Riddle TM could probably sing a fast food takeout menu in their harmonies, and reduce me to tears. And I'm OK with that.
-Jace should be required to take yearly hiatuses if his "returns" are that amazing
-Watching Christian live truly reminded me how far I have to go when it comes to writing a good song
-Trout Lodge is simply beautiful
-The Daily Wrocket knows how to throw a party.
-As fun as WS was, I don't want to be away from my family ever again, and spent the weekend wishing they were there to experience it all with me
-Babies always make me go all goofy
-Looking over at Chan during our set and seeing her rocking out and clapping made me smile, every time.
-Alex owns every crowd he gets in front of, he could get onstage with a freaking triangle and he'd kick it.
-No one will ever have a last show like The Mudbloods did. I still can't think about it without getting a bit worked up. I'm thankful that I was there for that event, and thankful that I got to tell them what AWAPS means to me.
-Earplugs are essential tools for trying to sleep during 4am bluegrass jams.
-Diagon Alley knows how to party (yes I know this is a repeat. Just needs to be said again).
-Everyone needs to know what an amazing job Paul, Steph, Dan, and Erin did running the stage and sound. No matter what curveball the PA or gear threw at them, they dealt with it and made it all work. All the bands owe them a huge debt of gratitude for helping us all sound good.
-Everyone's love of Trout Lodge's bacon is justified.
-I can't think of anyone besides CJ who I would have wanted onstage with me for the full band Crisis performance. Thanks, man.
-Abby and Paul deserve a huge freaking standing ovation for their work to put on Wrockstock. Undoubtedly. I owe you guys a huge debt of gratitude.
-I don't like flying on planes with door seals that are acting up and "aren't a mechanical issue.... yet"
-Brian and Brad are not only amazing musicians, I absolutely want to emulate the way they approach every performance as if it's their last, and they leave it all onstage. It's always a sight to behold, and the biggest adrenaline rush EVER.
-You truly can't understand the Wrockstock experience until you've been there. Everything everyone told me about it pales to how it truly is.
-Missouri has a SHITTON of roadkill.
-Squib Girl's advice was probably the best advice of them all - "Just leave the high beams on. That way you can see the deer's eyes before you're about to hit them"

I'll probably come back and add onto this list, but for the most part... yeah. I already miss all of you like WHOA and all that happy crappy. Thanks for helping make this past weekend so much fun, and making the first real Crisis show the great experience that it was. Everyone's friendship, support, and love for the community still manage to blow me away. I'd say more, but words can't do it the justice it deserves.

I heart you guys.

Hey hey hey!!

So it's T-minus one week to our set at Wrockstock. It's gonna be freakin' huge. Wicked pissah. Outrageous. LOUD. We're on Saturday at 3pm, after Draco and the Malfoys and before Oliver Boyd and the Remembralls.

Let's put it this way - to us, it's like if Dream Theater had to follow Rush, and know that Pearl Jam was about to follow them.

Kind of.

Anyways!

We're pretty damn excited about this. CJ and I are flying out on Friday around noon, and expect to be at Trout Lodge around 8:30pm (depending on flights, traffic, etc.). Saying that we can't wait would be the understatement of the century.

Wrockstock also marks the first time our new album "VII" will be available. Attendees will be THE first to get it; we're not making it available to anyone else until the end of November. So if you're not at Wrockstock, and you want it.... sorry bud. You'll get it soon enough.

"VII" will be available in hard copy, and online at both Bandcamp as well as iTunes. Bandcamp is rad because you can choose to download it in multiple formats/quality (mp3, FLAC, etc) vs. iTunes where you don't get the choice. But iPod lovers with scores of gift cards rejoice, you can still make Steve Jobs happy by downloading there too.

For those that have been inquiring based on past hints.... yes "VII" is indeed a concept album that's got a wide range of musical influences, but this is most definitely the heaviest Crisis album to date. We tried to vary things up here and there, but to be honest it's pretty much all crunch, all the time.

The track listing is:

I. Overture
II. Diary
III. Ring
IV. Cup
V. Locket
VI. Diadem
VII. Harry
VIII. Nagini
IX. Finale

Based on the tracklisting, I'm sure you can guess the primary theme of the concept.

Once the album is in full release, we'll do the usual "album blog" and put up the lyrics, talk about song backgrounds, etc. So stay tuned.

SEE YOU IN ONE WEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Everyone!

Just a quick note (taking a break from recording the 3rd full length here....) in regards to the Creevey merch situation.

Our CDs are available at our main webpage at www.creeveycrisis.com, where you can order hard copies via PayPal or you can purchase on iTunes in a digital download.

We've just put a LIMITED NUMBER of Crisis t-shirts on our website as well!

These puppies sold like hot cakes at LeakyCon, in fact we only have TWO pink shirts left. These were made exclusively for LeakyCon and won't be made again. We *will* have a new design for Wrockstock in November, but this first batch won't be available once sold out.

Please take a moment to check out the shirts and CDs, because to be honest, airfare's expensive :-) The shirts are only available to help cover our costs to get to Wrockstock, and we hope you'll take a quick look.

Thanks!

Hey everyone!

Just a quick update on a few things.... it recently came to my attention (while ordering the new Hollow Godric CD from their page here at MySpace, actually!) that MySpace no longer allows bands to sell merchandise directly from their pages here, if it's done via PayPal "buy now" button. I had been wondering why all of a sudden CD orders had completely stopped a few months ago....

Now, bands can only use an actual vendor's link to sell their music - CD Baby, Amazon, Tunecore/iTunes, Kunaki, you get the drift. But for smaller independant bands who don't have the money to set something like that up... well, thanks a bunch MySpace. Way to crap on the indie bands you helped get a leg up, and you proclaim to still be a champion for.

In any event.... our website at www.creeveycrisis.com has now been fully updated with info about ordering our CDs (both hard copy and via iTunes), as well as having been given a general all-around update, which it so sorely needed. The design on it is still "meh" but I'm here for the music, not for my computer hacking skillz. Which are dwarfed by my nunchuk skillz, of course.

NOW! Onto the new CD!

As you saw in our last blahg update, Chris has recorded all his drum tracks for the new album. I'm in the process of editing them now, and should be done within a few days. Then, guitar tracking starts on my end, and bass tracking starts on CJ's end. We hope to get another studio vlog or two up so you can see those processes, as well. Drums are sounding fantastic so far, already the quality of songs (both writing and production-wise) is going to BLOW AWAY "Not Standing Silent". And I don't meant that as a knock against NSS, which I love. This one's going to be THAT GOOD.

If you like the concept albums, and songs that all work together to tell one cohesive story... this upcoming album is for YOU! Oh and if you like lots of distortion, double kick drums, layered vocals, and symphonic death metal, yeah you might dig the new stuff.

Also... stick around for the announcement of Wrockstock's band schedule. One thing I *can* tell you right now, is that Starfish and Stick will be performing at 10:30am on Sunday, the last full day of The Stock at the Wampum Willow. This will probably be your one and only chance to see Starfish and Stick perform, so I really hope to see you there.

Take care, and have fun everyone!

Hey wizard kids who might be reading this instead of partaking in the awesomeness of LeakyCon's opening night -

I'll be up at LeakyCon TOMORROW all day, hanging out with ALL NEW CREEVEY MERCH! That's right, all the Crisis swag you can handle, including SHIRTS.

That's right. SHIRTS.

I'll be on an awesome moderated panel being put on by Freya from the Wizrocklopedia at 4pm, then at 8pm I'll be behind the drums helping Tonks and the Aurors and Gred & Forge kick the asses of everyone within a 2 mile radius of ROCK NIGHT.

It's gonna be fun.

If you're there, be sure to say HI!
