Hey everybody I just wanted to let everybody know that I have been invited to try out for Ty Stone's band 'The Truth' and I need your support!

But first let me thank the whole Disregarded family because you guy's made my time on board with this band the best time of my life.  Seriously.  Being so much younger than everybody else was pretty nerve racking at first and you guys really made me feel at home.  I gained confidence and experience that I could not have gained any other way and I met some really great people along the way!  I had heard the motto 'we aint got fans we got family' before I came onboard but after spending over a year with the crew I can say thats absolutely true!  You all really are family to me and for that I thank you.

Ok back to business.  I will be auditioning at the Allen Park Guitar Center on this Saturday, September 19 @ 12pm and I really need you all there to yell and scream!  We need to make a big impression on the judges so lets show them what The Disregarded family is all about!

After a long day of moonshine sippin, and cow tippin....me and Billy decided to rummage through the barn and see what we could find. Seems like forever and a day since the DIS went on indefinite hiatus, and we was feeling a bit nostalgic. I moved a few empty PBR cases from the back stall and found our trusty ol' Reel to Reel.... and after blowing the dust off.... guess what?

Hey y'all, we're takin' a break, a loooong break....we've reached that fork in the road and we're gonna just stay awhile..maybe go do some fishin'. Anyway. we'll be playing our last show at The Elbow Room in Ypsilanti on July 11th. So put in on yer calendar and c'mon out, drink it up with ya boys and have a good time!! We're gonna be doing a couple of tunes from the early albums with only Chill Will and then get down with the band for rest of the night. Hope to see y'all out there....

Washtenaw County, you're simply too much of a good thing. More than 1000 of you filled out this year's 'Best of' survey ... and boy, are we tired from tallying them up. Hey y'all, we just finished recording 6 songs for an upcoming release that we are going to be pushing as the package to get us a record deal. We've been working with Chuck Alcazian at Pearl Sound Studios, he's overseeing the production. We decided to bring 'Hush' & 'She was pretty' from our 'Till I'm in the back' CD along and then record 4 brand new songs. We still have a little mixing to do with them, but we wanted y'all to hear them and let us know what yer thinkin', so get at us and let us know!!

Yeah, I know we just released a new EP, but...we were given a great opportunity to work with one of Michigan's top producers at an incredible studio.
