Hi guys, this is Chad from H&H. I wanted to let you guys in on a few things. Some of you may know this stuff already, but We just wanted to make it known to everybody. First order of business :

I am saddened to say that our brother/singer/bass God, Marshall is moving to Dallas, Texas in the coming months. It is a great opportunity for him and we support him to the fullest. It has been an amazing four years, well eight years (for me) to play with him. We couldn't have had a better friend in the band. So, on this note, we say good luck to him and that we shall miss our brother. Much love dude.

So, where does that leave us? Well, since we found out the news, we have decided to do something for you guys. We are in the process of recording an Album that consists of 15 songs. Don't worry, all of the ones that you guys have heard shall be on it. There might even be a surprise. Right now, we are done with the drum and bass tracks, and are working on the guitar tracks. We plan to release this album at our Final show. When will that be you ask? Well, we are playing our second to last show this Friday at Northgate Tavern for the Tomatoe's CD release. As far as the final show goes, we have not yet secured a date for that event just yet. But, we are working on it and you shall know soon. So, be prepared for a badass final show. We will play all of our songs as well as release the CD. Trust me, we have a really good surprise for you all, so you don't want to miss out.

Finally.
What will Chad, Matt, and Jimmy be doing after Horseshoes? Well, all I can say is that just be on the lookout for something new.

Well, there is the info, now what are you gonna do with it? Thhhaaat's rigggghhhhttt, come rock out with Horseshoes and Handgrenades for their last two shows! See you guys!

Hola, a lot is going on in the world of H&H, and you should know about it.

First off, what do you guys think of the new song that we have been playing?  It is called Safety.  Well actually it is called "Safety in numbers if by numbers you mean being alone", but I am going to call it Safety for short.  Let us know because it is a different direction than we have gone in before(no big surprise here.)

Second, leave us some comments if you have specific ideas for places you would like to see us play, or bands that you would like to see us play with.  We don't get out much, so we are pretty limited on these.  Also if you have contact info for any places or bands that we would like, let us know!

Third, thanks to everyone for your continued support through the years.  This month marks 3 years that H&H has been playing.  We are still growing and picking up fans and it is due to all of you that come to the shows and spread the word.  Thanks for sporting our shirts and stickers, and no, we aren't blowing our money on hookers and blow,(anymore).  We should be starting recording on our first full-length album by the end of the summer.  Thats right, full length.  Just think about it.....

Thats about all for now.. keep in touch!

Well guys and gals it is that time of year again, the wonderful time whenever we randomly decide to play all-ages shows. Maybe it's because we are tired of getting drunk at shows (yeah right), or maybe it is because we owe it to our younger fans, you know who we are talking about. Regardless of our motives, we have 2 shows at the Darkroom in Baton Rouge this month, and we are currently working on getting back to Opelousas and Lafayette for more all-ages stuff. Also for all of those who like to promote, be on the lookout for stickers and buttons!!! And due to popular demand we will have new t shirt designs out shortly after that, so you can have an entire wardrobe of H&H clothing. Once again we hope to see everyone this Friday the 13th at the Darkroom, show starts early at 7 so you can party with us after the show, and check our site and myspace for more upcoming shows.

Well, what has been going on in the world of Horseshoes & Handgrenades?
Here goes...

We are currently trying to write some new material. So far, we have broken out two new songs. The first one is "Let Go". The newest one to our list is "Roads? Where we're going, we don't need Roads". Yes, it's a long name. So, keep an ear open or two for that matter for those two new songs. We are very proud of them. We are always writing, so be on the lookout for some more.

Well, we recorded "Tides" and "Right Here" back in October and we will be trying to get those out to y'all on CD for a free. We are still selling our EP "For Each Other" for
$3.

Also, we will be working on getting new shirts for you guys, maybe tanks and panties for the ladies and yes, we are finally going to get some stickers made. Our drummer Matt is working on that, so hopefully, we will have those soon. Not to mention, we are selling our current shirts for $5. So, if you want a CD and a shirt, you can get them both for $7. Yes, we know $5 and $3 adds up to $8. We figured that we would take another dollar off for you guys. :)

What's that? Do we have plans to record a full length CD? Well, guess what? We do. I think we are shooting for sometime either Spring of '08 or the fall. Not sure on that, but we will keep y'all updated as time goes by. Actually, we will be trying to record a LIVE CD real soon. We want to be able to let you guys hear all of our tunes in your car, so that's why we will record a LIVE CD. Be on the lookout for that in the near future.

Lastly, we will be redoing our Myspace page as well as our website. We are going to bring something fresh to the table, so be prepared for that. Hopefully, you will be seeing the changes soon.

**On a side note..I'm going to try to get Marshall to post all of the lyrics to all of the songs, that way you guys can sing along in your car or at a show***

In the meantime, visit the myspace and website...listen to our music and watch out for upcoming shows. Oh, we might be doing a summer tour of the southern states this summer. We will let you know about that. Our next show is in Houma at the Brickhouse w/ The Light Up District. Oh, if you come to a show, you are eligible to catch a free shirt or CD, not to mention, you may be able to get on stage to rock out with us.

Take care everyone and remember, support local original music. Your support does help!

ROCK!
