Loyal fans and new fan followers,

just wanted to say hi, catch you guys up on everything going on, and let you know things are well.  we've gotten back to the states after a really damn good time in canada, and it's sweet to be back. 

we've played a ton of great cities and shows so far--everything from buffalo, pittsburgh and akron to kitchener, london, toronto, ottawa and barrie. tonight, we play the monkey house in burlington with the 5th business, and tomorrow meet back up with our friends Dali's Ghost to play the Matterhorn at Stowe.

we're going to start posting new images up for everyone in our picture area, so make sure to come and check that out as much as you can--we'll probably update every day or every other day--as much as the Internet will allow. 

otherwise, check the schedules and come on out and see the shows--we'll certainly be back to the east coast, but right now we're having such a great time and i'm sure you'll enjoy yourself.

so tomorrow we take that stage at the echoplex, following in the footsteps of so many artists.  we’re all excited and look forward to such a great show ahead.  tomorrow’s show is for Sante D’or, a pet rescue organization, and if lemonwilde alone is not enough to whet your whistle, hopefully a romp with the idea of donation will get your legs moving.

wednesday, we drop what we do so well at boardner’s club moscow–and we have worked out a deal where we can get pretty much anyone we want to into the venue for free, so just hit us up (you can even write to us on the contact page here on lemonwilde.org) and let us know who you plan on bringing along and we’ll make sure you get in on our behalf.

just wanted to write and let you know that there's going to be a slew of new shows ahead...so keep your eyes open for one of many wonderful explosions coming soon to a West Coast venue near you. :)  (and maybe some other coasts, too)

also, we've been constructing some new songs for you. yes, we've been quite busy and feel great about all the wonderful things that are quickly approaching the horizon. you'll love them--we are pushing ourselves in such wonderful ways.

also, we will be dropping a few new, unreleased tracks sometime in the next few months... all in preparation for even bigger surprises to follow.

hey loyal fans and new fan followers...

if you're going to be at Coachella this weekend, be sure to grab a copy of Filter Magazine's Coachella Sampler, Welcome to the Desert 2009.  We're on there with Franz Ferdinand, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, White Lies, PJ Harvey, NASA, Bat for Lashes and more.  make sure to get your copy! have a wonderful time out there, too.

Lemonwilde’s new EP, Red Room, is free…..for everyone.

After much anticipation and a lot of hard work--we've finally completed our Red Room EP!  It's playing on our page now and we're feeling absolutely great.

The current economic situation has made it difficult to buy new music and to go to shows. Before we make Red Room available on iTunes or Amazon, we want everyone to have the ability to get the EP for free!

To do this, we created a recession-proof plan for you-- simply follow the easy steps below.  For each step you complete, you will receive one new track.  Once you’ve completed all five steps, you will not only own the entire EP, but you will also be entered into a monthly drawing (starting in March) for free concert tickets, merchandise, limited edition items, etc. Instructions will be emailed after each step to ensure simplicity.

5 Easy Steps for the Red Room tracks (Must be done in sequential order) :

  1. Post a comment stating “I WANT JUST THIS ASHTRAY” on the Lemonwilde MySpace page, and we will send you the new track for free. 
  2. Email the MP3 of “Just This Ashtray” to all your friends and then cc redroom@lemonwilde.com  on the email, and we will send you another track.
  3. Add our song to your MySpace song player and we will send you another song.
  4. Join Lemonwilde on Facebook and we'll send you another track.
  5. Subscribe to the Lemonwilde blog on MySpace for the final track.

thank you again for such a great time last night! we had a great show at the silverlake lounge. having everyone's support and such a great response was worth every minute for us.

In even greater Lemonwilde news, we're finishing up the mixing of our new EP this weekend. A few days for mastering and, yes, ladies and gentlemen... we will have some truly incredible music for you all to hear. we're all very excited about it and can't wait to share.

We'll be having our official CD release party sometime in April, too--a night of incredible celebration and we hope you can all make it.

Oh, and there's some great new songs on the way, too. More about that very soon.
