Dear fans and friends,

As Eric mentioned in the last blog, Chris has decided to leave the band. We have had a few questions as to what will happen from this point forward. Eric and I fully intend on continuing PLID (though we may go by Paul Lynde Is Dead more often than before). We've still got two shows coming up in December and we look forward to the newest phase in our music. Our latest endeavour, "Shut Up, Look Pretty" is still moving forward. I will try and keep you informed as to the progress of the CD as it happens. Right now we're aiming to start really getting things going around January, after the holidays. Certainly, you will see "Super Human", "Let Down Night Life" and "Rhinestone Glamour" on the disc... we've also got a few other musical ideas that we have yet to really work on, but they're pretty hot. We look forward to keeping the music going and hopefully grabbing a few more in-town gigs as well. Also, for those of you in Texas college towns, please hit us up and let us know if we can come and play for your college. We'd love to put on a great show for you!

Playing these past several shows that made up our very modest spring/ part summer tour.

Last week in Sacramento was particularly great, and we still have many shows in the works.

Just forgive us while we hole up and work on new material, play sporadic shows here and there to try new ideas, and take our shit to the next level.

this time I was on the east coast, checkin' out Spring Awakening(fabulous), at which Bono and the Edge were in attendance... interesting

I was also there doing promo work for my 'other' 'job'. Those of you who know what that is, well, then you know why I was on the east coast.

aaaaaaanyway... I'm sick now wiht some kinda upper resp. crap, but we're all itching to get out to Sacramento to play for you guys!
