In April 2002, LifeSite Daily News published a report from The Interim, apparently first published in Australia's The Age.

The report identified that Australian Nobel Prize winner and world-famous microbiologist Sir Macfarlane Burnet supported biological warfare as a form of population control, moreover, that Third World de-population has been U.S. strategic policy since '74. (Full Story)

The story seems far-fetched and totally unbelievable.  Unfortunately it is true.  A search of the Internet for "Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests", (the title of the U.S. National Security Study Memorandum 200 (NSSM 200), written by Henry Kissinger) provides 182 search returns [as of 2002; in 2006 the number of those search returns had increased to 299] . Whole books have been written about the US strategy for the depopulation of the less developed countries. 

There is, for instance, a book written by Stephen D. Mumford: THE LIFE AND DEATH OF NSSM 200 — How the Destruction of Political Will Doomed a U.S. Population Policy.¹  Dr.. Stephen D. Mumford is president of the Center for Research on Population and Security. He identifies that,

President Nixon's "Special Message" on Population [m]arks the moment in 1969 when the President proposed creation of the Commission on Population Growth and the American Future.

The web pages that display Stephen Mumford's book explain that,

NSSM 200 was the definitive interagency study of world population growth and its implications for United States global security, requested by President Nixon in 1974. The study was undertaken by the National Security Council, the CIA, the Defense, Agriculture and State Departments, and the Agency for International Development. Among its conclusions: "World population growth is widely recognized within the Government as a current danger of the highest magnitude calling for urgent measures.... There is a major risk of severe damage [from continued rapid population growth] to world economic, political, and ecological systems and, as these systems begin to fail, to our humanitarian values."

NSSM 200 goes into great detail on what needs to be done to implement the strategy of world population control.  Although Stephen Mumford castigates the Vatican's efforts in opposing the U.S. world population control strategy, it is difficult to see much wrong with the Vatican opposing directions such as these:

NSSM 200 went into detail about avoiding U.S. responsibility for population-control programs by ensuring that the UN and international financial institutions such as the IMF and World Bank adopt population-control policies as prerequisites to their giving of aid. The report suggested furthering the camouflage by mandating that countries accepting aid from the UN or the banks form their own population-control ministries. (From the article in The Interim; ²)

Although Dr. Mumford's book concludes with observations of "How the Vatican has no qualms about destroying American democratic institutions in its battle to save the Papacy" (Chapter 17), it is even more difficult to understand his and his cohort's complaints when one considers that the world population is most definitely under control now and will most likely not increase anymore and worse. 

There has been no increase in the annual number of children born in the world for close to 20 years now.  The world population appears headed to level off at 8 billion people by about 2050.  It could even be said that the old maxim, "Be careful what you ask for, because you may get more than you like," is true of the U.S. world population control strategy.  The world population is expected to fall to about 3.5 billion people by 2150.  The question is for how much longer and how far it will keep falling.

The populations of some African countries are in danger of becoming eradicated due to the escalating AIDS epidemic, which is expected to kill in the order of 66 million people – world-wide – by 2020.  Some African countries have HIV infection rates in the order of 39 percent and their average life expectancies have fallen to where they were in the second half of the 19th Century.  The HIV infection rates in the former USSR countries are climbing and are already in some cities close to those in some of the African countries that fell prey to the sex education curriculum promoted by the UNFPA, a curriculum that insists on urging for "safe sex" (using condoms, of which some millions shipped by the U.S. were recently burned because they leaked), even for children.

In contrast, Uganda — which correctly identified that the only form of safe sex is chastity until marriage and promoted appropriate policies — managed to drastically reduce its HIV infection rates.

Others, like China, implemented with the help and support of UNFPA (United Nations Population Fund) coercive population control measures aimed at limiting the number of children in urban areas to no more than one per a woman's fertile years (two children in rural areas). 

Even India is rapidly approaching the point reached by all developed countries already, where the total fertility rate * drops below the level of slightly more than two children per family that guarantees stable population levels.  India's TFR has approached 2.8 and is falling rapidly, with the trend being that within just a few years it will be below the TFR required to maintain its population.

The TFR required to maintain a given country's population varies a little from country to country, depending on the life expectancy for the average resident in that country. As of June 2008, the CIA World Factbook showed 104 countries (generally the richest and most developed) to have TFRs of less than 2.2.  In other words, in those countries the population is in the process of shrinking. (Related Articles at Fathers for Life)

* Is the world overpopulated?

If all of the world's people were located in the Province of Alberta (just a touch smaller in area than the State of Texas) and each were to have an equal share of all of the land in Alberta, then each of the world's people would have 98.6m² of land to live on.

Assuming that the average household consists of three people, a family of three would have enough space (3,184 ft²) for a moderately-sized house and a garden large enough to grow some of the food consumed by the family.

Anyone with a trace of humanitarian compassion left will consider the AIDS epidemic as the worst calamity ever to befall humanity, worse even than the Black Death that decimated Europe.  However, for people like Henry Kissinger and his supporters who intend to use food as a weapon and do, and such as Sir Macfarlane Burnet with his wish for deliberately induced yellow fever epidemics in designated countries possessing the appropriate mosquito vectors, the AIDS epidemic must appear to be a blessing.  Others speculated that it might not be a God-send blessing but rather a man-made one, such as that it may have been that it spread rapidly through the production of Polio vaccine that had been cultivated using HIV-infected monkey's kidney tissue. 

That trail of evidence evaporated and no conclusive evidence of that having been a deliberate program for spreading HIV infections was ever found.  Monkey kidney tissue had been used in the production of the polio vaccine distributed in Africa, but no evidence that the tissue cultures had been infected with HIV could be found when an investigation was made into that possibility of the origins of the AIDS epidemic.  That does not mean that the polio vaccine had not been infected at the time.  It means that no evidence exists any longer that would make it possible to establish guilt or innocence.

The question remains of what gives a single nation the right to impose its culture of death on the whole world, and what in the world would lead Dr. Mumford to be so critical of the Vatican who wants nothing other than to be representative of humanitarian concerns throughout all of the world that are most certainly far more compassionate than the coercive and deadly policies promoted by the U.S. during the latter part of the past century and even now.

There is nothing magical about a TFR of 2.2 children (the TFR required to maintain population levels in countries with higher life expectancy).  It is not a limit.  It is nothing more than a statistical cross-over point demarcating the dividing line between a nation's population growth and a nation's population decline.  It appears that once measures have been implemented to vilify people for having families and children, measures such as punitive tax policies and removing fathers from families, so as to make having children an unattractive proposition, the TFRs keep dropping with no end in sight.  To add coercive and state-funded abortion policies is overkill.

The current TFRs in the developed nations range from 2.08 in the U.S. through 1.5 in Canada to 1.1 in Russia, with many of the European countries having TFRs in the order of about 1.3 or less. And the TFRs are still dropping everywhere.  A UN population report identified that in 1999 there were 84 UN member nations that reached TFRs of 2.2 or less, with the number of such nations growing rapidly.  The culture of death is fully successful.

The deliberate population reduction strategies and tactics affect predominantly the developed nations.  On average, they are losing population at the rate of 30 percent with every successive generation.  Therefore the Caucasian sector of the world population will decrease from its present 17 percent down to ten percent by 2050 ³ and will have virtually vanished by 2100, when it will most likely be in the order of about six percent or less of the world population.

That is similarly true also of the U.S., even though it ostensibly stabilized its population numbers.  In the U.S., Whites and Blacks are declining in number, while Hispanics are compensating with their vastly higher birth rates for the decline of the remainder of the American population. Dr. Mumford and many other advocates of the culture of death bemoan the death of NSSM 200, and castigate the Vatican for being responsible. However, the fact remains that, once the generous funding by the U.S. of the IMF (International Monetary Fund), AID (U.S. Agency for International Development) and UNFPA (United Nations Population Fund) was in place, the culture of death took on a life of its own and obviously became far more effective than even the most strident promoters of those deadly policies would ever have dared to hope.

It should therefore come as no surprise that some voices see the Vatican's opposition to the U.S. population control strategy as a blessing and not as the calamity Dr. Mumford makes it out to be.  Take for instance the Schiller Institute, which considers "Henry Kissinger's 1974 Plan for Food Control Genocide." 

Adopted as official policy in November 1975 by President Gerald Ford, NSSM 200 outlined a covert plan to reduce population growth in those countries through birth control, and also, implicitly, war and famine. Brent Scowcroft, who had by then replaced Kissinger as national security adviser (the same post Scowcroft was to hold in the Bush administration), was put in charge of implementing the plan. CIA Director George Bush [Sr.] was ordered to assist Scowcroft, as were the secretaries of state, treasury, defense, and agriculture. (Full Story)

It is welcome news that at least the current U.S. president appears to have had a change of heart:

BUSH ADMINISTRATION SET TO CUT UNITED NATIONS POPULATION CONTROL FUNDING

WASHINGTON, July 2, 2002 (LSN.ca) - The Washington Post reports that President George Bush's aides have directed State Department officials in recent days to devise a plan to eliminate this year's $34 million funding for the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). While the official announcement is only expected after July 15, the Post reports that senior administration officials "expect [the funds] to be permanently withheld."

The defunding of UNFPA will be a major pro-life victory based on a united effort of pro-life groups led by the Population Research Institute (PRI). The movement to withhold funding from UNFPA began when PRI submitted evidence to Congress and the administration that UNFPA supports coercive sterilization and abortion in China's one-child policy. PRI investigators visited China last September and recorded audio and videotaped testimony, from victims and witnesses, proving coercion in UNFPA's "model county" program in Sihui, Guandong Province.

Whether that will truly come to pass or whether cutting a mere $34 million from the hundreds of millions annually that drive the culture of death foisted on the world by the U.S. remains to be seen.  Whether the culture of death will continue to be promoted or not, it is evident that the human misery and deaths inflicted upon the world's poor, whose children are the only social safety net available to them and against whom food is being used as a weapon to coerce them into having smaller families (it would be more accurate to say that they are being deliberately starved to death), is by far the deadliest and most effective means ever implemented to eradicate whole populations.   The death toll caused by the culture of death far exceeds those caused by any of the most totalitarian regimes throughout history, making the U.S. the deadliest nation on Earth, ever. 

However much the U.S. may be the driving force for the promotion of the culture of death, it has willing and eager collaborators in all of the developed nations.   Mercifully, unless they change their ways, all of the forces promoting the culture of death will vanish, and those nations with respect for life will remain with another opportunity to construct a more humane civilization.

I'm madder than hell, and I'm not going to take it anymore!

The insanity has to stop. I'm not talking about the elite, or global agendas, or even the Bush regime for that matter. I'm talking about those who know the truth and are helping to discredit this cause with their inability to get out of their sheeple state of mind. Many think that a sheeple is someone who doesn't know the truth. Wrong. A sheeple is a person who blindly follows a leader or beliefs without thinking for themselves. There are many of you who only know the truth because someone like Alex Jones told you about the Illuminati, their ties to 9-11 and their plans for globalization. There are many of you who only know the truth because you go to Google and Wiki to find information. This is insanity . I dont care how true something is, these methods of spreading information are destructive and dangerous.

Truth needs to be found honestly. People have to come to their answers by searching for it themselves. This is why we need to quit preaching and just ask questions. Let them choose whether or not to answer. The last six years of my research into occult practices and global agendas within the Illuminati, and the issues surrounding 9-11, came from my own studies and investigations. I didn't even hear about Mr Jones until a few months ago. To some, that may seem impossible, given all the information I've researched and gathered. But my research had NOTHING to do with the internet.  Instead of googling everything, I contact authors and  trace footnotes back to other references. This is my form of Google. If I want an expert demolition opinion....i contact a expert. I didn't and still don't own a computer. The only reason I'm on-line now, is because my new job allows me access to the net while I work. That's why I put up this page back in May...because every truth site out there was spoon-feeding info to the ignorant.  This notion of people just taking answers from websites is absolutely insane.

Even I am guilty of this in some respect when it comes to the bulletins I post. It's easier to copy and paste articles off the web that confirm things I've already found out on my own, instead of taking the time to go back and find my original sources and references to post things. I've posted false and distorted information because of this, and since this is now the second time it's happened, I'm putting a stop to it. It's all going to change now.

The other problem in our movement is our behavior. I can't count the times I see people out there demonstrating and protesting on the streets acting so arrogant and aggressive towards those who don't know the truth, or those who are hiding it. No one wants to listen to a know-it-all. No one will take you seriously when you resort to a neanderthal-like mentality and start screaming and yelling at those who don't agree with you, or oppose you. Every time someone acts like that, the nay-sayers come along and use it to discredit us and label us as "conspiracy wackos who think they know everything and use it to make themselves seem better than everyone." No wonder the gov. wants to ban our war protests, we are acting like hostile idiots. Just watch that History Channel's new special about the 9-11 conspiracy and you will see what I am talking about.

Humility goes a long way. Just because you may know the truth, doesn't make you better than anyone or special in any way. You damn those in the government who act arrogant because of the information they are privy to, and yet you stand in the streets, privy to much of the same information, and act the same way. And many of you who are so sure of what you believe are blindly following your truth-leaders like the sheeple follow their leaders and trust them without question. This is hypocrisy , folks, and it's the very reason why we are being laughed at, hated, and discredited...and why this movement is taking so long to make a true change. If we don't change ourselves first, we can't expect anyone else to either.

I'm asking everyone today to take a stand for what you so earnestly believe in. If people aren't listening to you, look to yourself first to understand why. People listen to logic and reason, not lunatics and ranting. They listen to rational conversations not hostile and aggressive tactics. And more times than not, they will listen to a question before they will listen to an opinion or a spoon-fed fact. Please help encourage those around you to recognize this when you see them acting this way. And please don't defeat the purpose of this bulletin and be a know-it-all when you do. We have to be an example to those who are stuck in the confusion of lies. If we use the same hate and anger as those who oppose us, how will the rest of this blind society be able to differentiate one side from the other? Think before you speak and act. Your example could and will greatly affect those around you. What approach you use will determine whether you will draw people to the truth or lead them further away from it. 

If you think you have stumbled across some nutty, paranoid conspiracy site, I would sincerely ask that you take a moment and answer a few questions about yourself before you come to that conclusion and send any negative or ignorant  messages our way. 

How knowledgable are you about your government and the Constitution?

If you think you are knowledgable, then can you name ALL of your 6 Constitutional rights without looking it up? (only 1 in 1000 can, and 1 out of 200 can name 2 of them)

This is a hard subject to gather facts from what i believe is propaganda spewed out by the media. Let's just ask some basic questions and the find the answers. True/False- The plane engine that was found blocks away from the towers came from a 737, not a 767 ?  ( To find this answer, you will need to locate an expert on identifying plane engines. There are pictures out there of this engine, as well as documented expert testimony that can easily be crossed-referenced once found. This can be hard to find if you dont know where or how to look. I was able to contact someone who was formerly running for the 2008 election. He had worked in the government,  now he owns the largest nano-technology company in the world and still finds time to give lectures and speeches on what he has found. After contacting him, he emailed me with the information I needed to find these experts in order to ask them myself.)

Why did WTC7, collapse from two minor and isolated fires (that wernt from a direct plane impact) when a steel building had never done so, even in the most extreme conditions?

Before this campaign began, I took the wrong approach when it came to informing people of what I had found. In retrospect, I see it was very similar to the stero-typical way people of religious faith are seen spreading their message. Most found my methods too persistent or pushy. If they do, they can find it on their own, when they are ready to look.  It also eliminates useless heated debates and arguments,  and above all, you are less likely to be called a domestic terrorist,  the way they threw the Communist word around with McCarthy, (yet, another grand example of the repetition in our history.)      There are people out there though who believe as I do, and when  all the pieces come together, the same question always comes up: How do we stop it? Some will say we need a revolution or we need to expose this NWO agenda. I have a more bleak view of the situation. Let's say we do inform the world and we expose all of the evil hiding among us. The problem is that we will look to someone to lead us into this revolution and blindly follow them because they speak the truth. This creates two problems: One, who's to say this "leader" hasn't been set up by the groups we are trying to destroy? And two, giving someone like that so much  power through our trust only runs the risk of corrupting that person and starting the cycle all over again. Now the only thing left is the question of hope. What is the point of exposing truth if nothing can be done? Well, I guess there's a different answer for everyone. For me, there's no such thing as giving up on hope, even in the most impossible of circumstances, as long as you believe there is more power in truth then in lies.
