Spoon Train Audio has once again made a compilation of independent pop music from Oslo, creatively called Oslo2. This time Cold Mailman opens the album with an preliminary version of the track Time is of the essence, the final version of which will be featured on our upcoming album. Oslo2 is reviewed at Eardrums Music.

Belive it or not, a group of amature actors has made a play featuring Cold Mailman as a vital ingredient! Several Cold songs are played and one of the actors portrays a big Cold Mailman fan. Unfortunately for you (and fortunately for THEM), all its four performances are/were sold out!

Yet another song is up. This is a re-recording and very different version of a song taken from our first album ...finally succumbs to exhaustion. It features Stian H on drums and Toba on guitar, and was recorded partially in our rehearsal space, partially in my bedroom, and toba recorded his stuff in his bedroom.

I have added a new old song, it..s called Death will blow spring apart (thanks to jonas for the title), and it was written 3 or 4 years ago around the the same time i wrote Time is of the essence. Added the middle section a couple of weeks ago, but apart from that everything including the strange lyrics date back to a certain summer. Recorded in my room in oslo last week. Merry christmas to y..all

Hello.
We've uploaded a new song from the album 'How to escape cause and effect'.
It's called 'My Balloon', and is heavily influenced by the work of Arne Bendiksen.
The players are Ivar, Martin, Toba and Jørg-1/Lars-1 (Uavgjort).
