When accepted:
- buy passes to the festival at full price equal to the number of people working for the stall /for passes prices see "Passes..." blog/
Pay CONTRIBUTION:
- non-food stalls /clothing, jewelery etc./ - $80.oo
- hot n cold drinks, sweets n snacks - $250.oo
- food /serving b'fast, lunch n dinner, hot n cold drinks/ - $500.oo
Passes purchasing and Contributions need to finalised by 27 October '09

you pay 10% less on Passes and Contribution/

- If your income from the festival doesn't meet your expectations, and the contribution you've paid if higher than 10-15% of your profit, Renaissance Festival Management will repay you the difference.
- In case your income 'n profit are higher, Renaissance is expecting you to contribute accordingly and make up the defference after the festival finished
- All these will help us to build a trusting and fair working relationship with Stall Holders for the future RENAISSANCE events
- Food vendors are expected to be registered and insured. The details of the Local Council's Health Department will be forward to you in order to obtain their Temporary Food Stall Permits
