My 30-something romance is out this July from Harlequin. THE SICILIAN'S BRIDE was inspired by a trip I took to the beautiful, historical, exotic island of Sicily. When I got home I knew I had to set a story there. I gave my heroine an inheritance of a deserted vineyard and a macho Sicilian who stands in her way of claiming it and making delicious wine.
I absolutely love to travel. And Harlequin/Mills & Boon likes books set in the land of sheikhs and princes and Mediterranean playboys. One way I'm able to get around is by teaching writing classes aboard cruise ships. Last year my husband and I went to Alaska, around the Mediterranean and up the Amazon River. Fantastic!
I hope you'll enjoy traveling to Sicily vicariously with Isabel Morrison, the American heiress in THE SICILIAN'S BRIDE.
