Im tired of searching. Tired of tears.
Tired of wishing for some one near.
Tired of waiting. Tired of fate.
Tired of hoping for something great.
I cant keep this going, this fickle charade.
Constantly playing life like a game.
I need to progress. I need to succeed.
But I just cant participate in this world full of greed.
i want to move on but I still have strong ties
to this place i call home full of love and lies
this moment in time seems insignificant at best
why should it be different from all of the rest
the truth is im stuck between staying or going
my mind keeps on spinning with me still not knowing
this is my blessing and this is my curse
to wonder my role in this universe
