We all expect blood to be there for us, but barely a fraction of those who can give do. Yet sooner or later, virtually all of us will face a time of great vulnerability in which we will need blood. And that time is all too often unexpected.

Every two seconds someone in America needs blood. The Michigan Community Blood Centers provides 100% of the regular blood supply in four Michigan regions (population of 1.5+ million).

Help Broadway Grand Rapids support the Michigan Community Blood Centers by donating blood on October 17, 2008 between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm at DeVos Place, located at 303 Monroe Avenue, Grand Rapids.

Seats in the first five rows of the orchestra will be made available for $25 for every performance of AVENUE Q, the Tony® Award-winning musical, at DeVos Performance Hall.  The $25 tickets go on sale at the DeVos Performance Hall box office, on the day of performance only, two hours prior to the show and are available to anyone, (cash only), with a limit of two tickets per person.
