So this has been one of the craziest weeks I've had in a while. Yesterday (about the time I was getting to sleep) I woke up to find that the Jackson EMC meter reader lady had backed up into my PARKED car - sitting in my driveway. It damaged 3 side panels of my car....they're paying for all the repairs, it's still drivable....You'd think "no harm done"....but getting into the vehicle and driving to work yesterday, I found that it must have jarred something - the idle is screwed up along with other mechanical issues.

But I did manage to accomplish something I had been meaning to get done for a while.....I drove to Buford, Cumming, Duluth, and Alpharetta to promote for the upcomming Sempteber to Dismember show @ Loco's in Gainesville......I hit the Mall of Georgia, Gwinnett Place Mall, and Discover Mills.....left a few flyers in stores, aswell as passed out a shitload.....

BUT.......

*sigh*.....approximately an hour ago, I was pulled over....doing nothing wrong....but recieved a ticket for my window tint. The lowest legal percentage you can have in the state of Georgia is 32%....my windows are tinted to 4%....Sooooo, needless to say, it'll be one hell of a fine.

Now I'm off to work.
Can I just manage to get through the week without any more issues?

It doesn't interest me if the story you are telling me is true. I want to know if you can disappoint another to be true to yourself; if you can bear the accusation of betrayal and not betray your own soul; if you can be faithless and therefore trustworthy.
I want to know if you can see beauty, even when it's not pretty, every day, and if you can source your own life from its presence.
I want to know if you can live with failure, yours and mine, and still stand on the edge of the lake and shout to the silver of the full moon, "Yes!"
It doesn't interest me to know where you live or how much money you have. I want to know if you can get up, after the night of grief and despair, weary and bruised to the bone, and do what needs to be done to feed the children.
It doesn't interest me who you know or how you can to be here. I want to know if you will stand in the center of the fire with me and not shrink back.
It doesn't interest me where or what or with whom you have studied. I want to know what sustains you, from the inside, when all else falls away.
I want to know if you can be alone with yourself and if you truly like the company you keep in the empty moments.
