I packed my boxes and hit the road yesterday, leaving bits and pieces in my room, packing up my cat and Stephanie and Rose and My Mom into two cars along with everything we could cram....

and at about 7:30pm yesterday, I was finally home.
Our apartment is still lacking in many things, like shelves (made of mahogany ofcourse), drapes, barstools, among other things, but from the moment I stepped into it, I knew I was going to be happy.

I have the most wonderful man to share each and every day with for the rest of our lives, and I couldn't be more thrilled.

Finally back in my current place of residence. It just isn't home anymore without my Jonathan.

Amidst my last couple of things I need to pack, I figured I would give my Dragoncon recap.

Highlights
Seeing all my old family, including my Cos Dev girls and boys (especially Spyder) and my WPE family, as well as new family members like Lex and Chloe, Dave, Heather and Danny, and others.

Novacon was absolutely the party you needed to be at. Jonathan's joker punch was wonderful, the apple pie that everyone kept giving me was great, I was vastly drunk and got to shake my butt. Oh and I got to kick a bitch's ass. What What!

WPE party Saturday night, any time I can dance, I'm happy.

Getting to spend time w my JPP family, Gary, CR, and Tits I will miss you!!!


Those are the good things from the top of my head, beyond that, Jonathan and I were ill most of the con, I think I was in costume a total of 6 hours or so collectively throughout the entire con, he wasn't in costume much more beyond that. I think a combination of overloading my system with carbs, con crud, lack of sleep and overall stress kicked our butts.


We arrived Thursday, Tracy and Jeremy having driven Rosie and I in their car, allowing me time to sleep as I hadn't slept much in over a week due to dehydration cycle. I arrived, got to see Jonathan, we ordered pizza, it looked like it wouldn't be so bad as we headed over to the Marriott to drink with some of our WPE clan. Then the Hyatt fucked over Jonathan's card and from that stress point of high magnitude, it just seemed to continue as frustrating and annoying.

I  could continue about all the random stress points, from vapid idiots trying to get me arrested over a shirt *issues dealing with back home, not at the con*, to overall just stupid annoying tidbits, on top of being sick, needless to say, it was not my favorite Dragoncon.

Jonathan and I put  alot of hard work into our bodies for this con, and spent most of it in the dark, in bed.

But our family and friends as always are wonderful people and were there for us if we needed anything.

and to my Jonathan Love, My Big Brother, My Best Friend, My Absolute, Without you, I am not half the person I can be, you complete me, and even if the weekend wasn't the best it should have been, spending any amount of time with you, even sick in bed, still goes into happy memories.

MWHAHAHAHAA!!! Well!! It appears I have removed myself from my Astronomy class, since they wanted to try and make me come in for exams and what not, and have replaced that class with the new and amazing Entrepreneurship class instead. Hopefully that will help get the ball rolling for Jonathan and I.

Honestly I wanted to take a psychology class but the buttheads totally wouldn't let me since basic psychology I don't have a grade for due to leaving Florida State....though I am pretty sure I could do it in my sleep, but regardless, I'll focus on business this semester.

Speaking of which, I got myself all caught up in my Office Applications class so I don't have any worries with that class until after Dragoncon. The class will have one more assignment due between now and the move, but it isn't listed online yet so I'll do that after the con. Now for some gym time, then sewing and finishing the pants for Jonathan, and then I'm going to try and get my Intro to Business Class all situated so I don't have to worry about it for Dragoncon!!!

Yay! Starting the final stretch of my diet. Yep, it sucks, worth it, but it sucks.

As for costumes I have completed all my own projects for Dragoncon. I still could work on my lingerie but I have a lingerie outfit I like much better so I think I'm just going to wear that.

Today will be the first day I actually crack down and work on my online classes some, in addition to finishing the last few things for Jonathan.

Ofcourse gotta fit the gym in there today, that's not a question.

School is a little frustrating, just because they decided all these things needed to be due DURING Dragoncon, so I want to get them done ahead of time so I'm not stressing, aside from the Astronomy it shouldn't be difficult at all.

I am still mostly psyched about moving, Dragoncon will be amazing, I have no doubt, looking forward to seeing a lot of people, but a convention vs moving in with the person you were lucky enough to find that completes you? Yeah, it's a liiiiiiiiittle bit better.


But anywho, that's my sunday plans for today. I'm actually excited I somehow managed to get some sleep so I am feeling ready for the day!

Myspace likes to delete our blood love

Well after doing the event at the Gamestop on Pinellas Park, I still haven't had a chance to play Arkham Asylum. Then again, I did get it for the PS3 and I don't have one, so perhaps that explains it.

But that is irrelevant!

I came back from last weekend, packed up another couple of boxes and have essentially been sewing non stop. I have now completed 3 of my 4 costumes, not including the lingerie which I may alter if I have some time. I should be finishing Ventress today and then I have stuff to finish for Jonathan. Hooray should be done just in time.

Classes started last wednesday and thank goodness they are online, though my brilliant professors decided to have quizzes due during Dragoncon and on the Wednesday after, so fitting those in will prove to be rather annoying. But that's fine, I'll do them the Wednesday before, not like I will be sleeping that night anyway.

In better news it turns out I won't have to drive my evil little car to Dragoncon, I will be hitching a ride with Grimm Visions, which if you don't know them, you suck.

The diet is starting to kick my butt a little, mostly because I really wish I could sleep a little more soundly without my stomach waking me up to intake food, but regardless, the hard work is absolutely paying off.

I believe that's everything, getting prepped for D*C is ofcourse the big goal right now, then moving. Once it's Sept 12th and I'm officially in my new apartment, I will relax some :-D
