Cruisers", has been coxed out of retirement for this very special
one-time-only event at Rock, Wine & Blues! Monica Marie is definitely one of
the most electrifying, white girl, bluesrock singers in the world!
 
"Monica performed with us at many shows a few years back," says Mean Gene,
"I saw her bring the house to their feet at the Janis Joplin Birthday Bash
in Port Arthur. She had the crowd screaming in the streets at the Mardi Gras
in Galveston. 
 
"At our Sixties Rock Revival, I personally witnessed people coming to the
bandstand with tears in their eyes trying to touch Monica when she
ressurected the spirit of Janis. To this day, her amazing performance still
brings tears to my own eyes every time I see the video!"
